Estimados clientes,
Bienvenidos a las Navidades de IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts. Es tanto para el equipo humano como para la dirección de IBEROSTAR un verdadero honor que nos hayáis elegido para disfrutar de estas entrañables fiestas.
Queremos agradecer a todos nuestros clientes su fidelidad ya que nos hacen sentir enormemente realizados en nuestra labor cotidiana y nos aportan ilusión para seguir mejorando. Deseamos que disfrutéis intensamente de todos los servicios que nuestro hotel ofrece, de nuestros espectáculos y nues-tras actividades de animación; pero sobre todo deseamos que tengáis unas muy felices vacaciones.
En las páginas siguientes encontraréis el programa especial de Navidad en el que detallamos las actividades que tendrán lugar durante estas mágicas fechas. Esperamos que disfrutéis y os divirtáis con esta programación que hemos preparado con nuestra mayor ilusión.

Welcome to Christmas at the IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts. For both the staff and Management of the IBEROSTAR it is a real honor that you have chosen to spend these special holidays with us.
We would like to thank all our guests for their loyalty, which makes us feel tremendously fulfilled in our daily work and encou-rages us to keep improving.
We hope you will enjoy the services on offer in our hotel, as well as the shows and entertainment. Above all, however, we wish you some very happy vacations!
Over the following pages you will find the special Christmas pro-gram, with details of the activities that will take place over the festive period. We hope that you will enjoy and have fun with this program, which we have prepared with great enthusiasm.
