In addition, other actions of the program (Strategic Partnerships, Knowledge Coalitions, Sectoral Skills Coalitions, Collaborative Partnerships) are also open to organizations from partner countries if their participation brings added value to the project (for more information, please refer to Part B of this guide). The protection and safety of participants involved in Erasmus+ projects are important principles of the programme.

W HAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF THE E RASMUS + P ROGRAMME ?

These activities are essential to develop the capacity of stakeholders to actively support the implementation of policies by stimulating the utilization of program results and creating tangible impact.

S PORT

Dialogue with relevant European actors, being mainly the annual EU Sports Forum and support for Sports Presidency events organized by the EU Member States holding the EU Presidency. Other relevant ad hoc meetings and seminars may also be organized to ensure optimal dialogue with sports stakeholders.

W HAT IS THE BUDGET ?

W HAT OTHER BODIES ARE INVOLVED IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE P ROGRAMME ?

The School Education Gateway is Europe's online platform for school education, currently available in 23 EU languages, intended to provide everything teachers need in terms of information, learning and professional development, peer support and networking, collaborative project and mobility opportunities, policy insights, etc. The SEG offers a wide range of content, such as good practices from European projects; monthly blog posts and video interviews from European school education experts; online courses for teachers to help tackle current classroom challenges; resources such as teaching materials, tutorials and the European Toolkit for Schools; information about school education policies; current news and events; etc.

EPALE

In the relevant partner countries (Western Balkans, Eastern and Southern Mediterranean countries, Russia and Central Asia), the national teams of reform experts for higher education provide a pool of expertise to local authorities and stakeholders to promote reform and progress in higher education to promote. The EQAVET National Reference Points (NRPs) are established by national authorities and bring together existing relevant bodies involving the social partners and all relevant stakeholders at national and regional levels, to contribute to the implementation of the European framework for quality assurance in VET. The EQAVET NRPs aim to 1) provide active support for the implementation of the EQAVET work programme, 2) take concrete initiatives to promote further development of the EQAVET framework in the national context, 3) support self-evaluation as ' a complementary and effective way of quality assurance that enables the measurement of success and the identification of areas for improvement and 4) ensures that information is effectively disseminated to stakeholders.

In the long term, the combined effect of the several thousand projects supported under this key action is expected to have an impact on the education, training and youth systems of the participating countries, thus stimulating policy reforms and attracting new resources for mobility opportunities in Europe and beyond .

M OBILITY PROJECTS IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION , TRAINING AND YOUTH

Participants with a level of at least B2 in the main language of education, work or volunteering can choose to take an OLS course in the language of the host country, if available (more details on language learning support can be found in Appendix I ). A third important element of innovation and quality of mobility activities is that organizations participating in Erasmus+ have the possibility to organize mobility activities within a broader strategic framework and in the medium term.

M OBILITY PROJECT FOR HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS AND STAFF

F UNDING RULES APPLYING TO ALL MOBILITY ACTIVITIES

G RANT SUPPORT FOR THE MOBILITY OF STUDENTS

Higher education institutions will describe on their website how students and staff with special needs can apply for such additional grant support. The exact level will be determined by the National Agencies and/or higher education institutions according to the level of demand and the level of co-financing for this type of mobility.

GRANT SUPPORT FOR THE MOBILITY OF STAFF

These amounts will be placed within the minimum and maximum limits given in the table below. For mobility activities between Program Countries, National Agencies may decide to give flexibility to their higher education institutions by setting ranges instead of amounts at national level.

M OBILITY PROJECT FOR VET LEARNERS AND STAFF

Trainees or VET students (whose studies usually include work-based learning) resident in the country of the sending organisation. Individual organizations or consortia, established in a Program Country, that are holders of the Erasmus+ Mobility Card AAP36.

M OBILITY PROJECT FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION STAFF

Place(s) of the activity Mobility activities must be carried out abroad, in another Program Country. The clarity, completeness and quality of all phases of the project proposal (preparation, implementation of mobility activities and follow-up);.

M OBILITY PROJECT FOR ADULT EDUCATION STAFF

Place(s) of the activity Participants must carry out their mobility activity abroad, in another program country. Contribution to the travel costs of participants, including accompanying persons, from their place of origin to the place of the activity and return.

M OBILITY PROJECT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND YOUTH WORKERS 50

Y OUTH EXCHANGES

For Expensive domestic travel costs above EUR 225 (per outward and return journey) and provided that these costs are justified and well justified in the application form. Guarantee costs: 75% of the eligible costs. Expensive travel costs: a maximum of 80% of the eligible costs.

At the systemic level, they are expected to promote modernization and strengthen the response of education and training systems and youth policies to the main challenges of today's world: employment, economic stability and growth, but also the need to promote social, civic and intercultural competences. intercultural dialogue, democratic values ​​and fundamental rights, social inclusion, non-discrimination and active citizenship, critical thinking and media education.

S TRATEGIC P ARTNERSHIPS IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION , TRAINING AND YOUTH

All activities of a Strategic Partnership must take place in the countries of the organizations participating in the project. The amounts depend on: a) the profile of the staff involved in the project and b) the country of the participating organization whose staff are involved.

K NOWLEDGE A LLIANCES

Purpose: the proposal is relevant to the objectives of the Action (see section "What are the objectives and priorities of a Knowledge Alliance");. Conditional: applicants will have to justify that mobility activities are necessary to achieve the objectives and results of the project.

C APACITY B UILDING IN THE FIELD OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The specific mobility strand must be key to the project's objectives (integrated mobility) and implemented through inter-institutional agreements. Participating organizations from program countries bring their expertise and experience in relation to the project's objectives.

S TRUCTURED D IALOGUE : MEETINGS BETWEEN YOUNG PEOPLE AND DECISION - MAKERS IN THE FIELD OF YOUTH
