Recently, in arXiv:0911.5061 [heplat], we have recalculated m_ud and f_pi.
Our results are, in the MS bar scheme (measurements quoted by PDG):
m_ud (2 GeV) = 3.85 (12) (40) MeV and 3.54 (26) MeV m_s (2 GeV) = 105 (3) (9) MeV
m_s/m_ud = 27.3 (3) (1.2) f_pi/f0 = 1.0755 (94)
f_K = 161.7 (1.2) (3.1) MeV f_K/f_pi = 1.227 (9) (24)
|V_us|/|V_ud| = 0.2251 (5) (47) |V_us| = 0.2192 (5) (45)
