RESUMEN
Se analizan los diferentes conceptos y normatividades legales que afectan el empleo de las distintas técnicas de operaciones especiales de inteligencia.
Se describen los problemas que surgen en empleo de estas técnicas debido a la falta de regulaciones adecuadas.
Se plantean alternativas de solución y se efectúa una serie de recomendaciones para mejorar la normatividad vigente, que permita un adecuado empleo de las técnicas de operaciones especiales de inteligencia

ABSTRACT
The different concepts and legal norms that affect the use of the distinct techniques of special operations of intelligence are annalyzed.
The problems that happen in the use of these techniques due to the lack of suitable regulations are described.
The alternatives of solution are posed and a series of recommendations to improve the normativity in force, that enable a suitable use of the techniques of special operations of intelligence are executed.
