RESUMEN
Se presenta el trabajo de investigación encargado por la Escuela Superior de Guerra Naval, que consiste en el desarrollo de su plan estratégico.
Se describe la metodología utilizada para el desarrollo de dicho plan.
Se analizan las capacidades de la Escuela así como los factores externos que facilitan o dificultan su funcionamiento.
Se emplea la matriz FODA como método principal de análisis.
Se proponen las estrategias y objetivos estratégicos a seguir con sus respectivas metas e indicadores de gestión.

ABSTRACT
It is introduced the research work asked for the Peruvian Naval War College, dealing with the development of its strategic plan.
It is described the methodology employed so that such plan takes place.
It is analyzed the competences of the college, as well as the external factors making either easy or difficult the performance.
It is used the matrix FODA as the main method of analysis.
It is proposed the strategies and strategic objectives to follow, with their respective goals and management indicators.
