Every agent starts his first month with hourly payment of $5.

Every new lead from there- $4 per one
Monthly goals:
35 leads- $35 40 leads- $42 45 leads- $50
every lead from there- $2 per lead
after first month:
10 weekly leads worth $25 bonus 13 weekly leads worth $35 bonus 15 weekly leads worth $50 bonus 20 weekly leads worth $70 bonus Every new lead worth $4
monthly goals:
45 leads- $50 50 leads- $60 55 leads- $70 60 leads- $100 65 leads- $120 70 leads- $150
Every lead from there- $2 per lead
Deal Closed Bonus (Monthly basis)
1st lead closed in the month= $50
2nd lead closed in the same month= $50 3rd lead closed in the same month= $75
4th lead closed in the same month= $75
5th lead closed in the same month= $100 and just going forward every other lead that gets closed in the same month remains getting this amount after this point.
Daily Competition Bonus
Every day the person with the most leads is the winner and gets a $10 bonus (min 3 leads). There can only be one winner in the day and the amounts roll over and sum up in the case there are ties.
