General Information
Students who choose to attend a game will be allowed to enter the school ten minutes prior to the start of the game. Students will be required to have a permit to stay with a teacher before or after school.
Co-Curricular Activities
Students who leave the school building for any reason before the end of the game/competition will not be readmitted. It is the student's responsibility to secure the bicycle safely on the bicycle rack in the front of Humphrey Middle School.
Identification Cards
Students and athletes must bring jackets, textbooks and personal items to the game. Students will only be given a pass for the toilet if the teacher determines that this is absolutely necessary or if the student has a doctor's note.

The doctor's statement must specify 1) the student's condition, 2) the impact this condition has on the student's ability to attend school and 3) the expected duration or nature of the student's absence.
