Sewer pipe transports waste water from the region (Lake Tahoe Basin, Squaw, Truckee) to the water treatment plant in eastern Truckee

Old and fragile pipe-damage could potentially be catastrophic

Contractor shall provide means and methods of protecting pipe for all access and work, including calculations for specific locations & type of equipment.

Contractor to provide pre and post CCTV inspection of quality that can determine if there is damage.

4 week submittal review. All submittals to be provided to Town and TTSA.

Alternative methods to vibratory compaction with heavy equipment for compacting soil over and adjacent to the TRI are required.

Town of Truckee Property-

Donner Creek Confluence

Empty lot on West River Street

All other land is an easement to the Town of Truckee or TDPUD

Property owned by Truckee Donner Land Trust, Truckee Donner Public Utility District, Historical Society, and JAR Hilltop.

Use of other areas will require

permission from underlying property owner. Wetlands, flood plain, and cultural resource areas may not be used.
