Learning By the end of the 2019 school year, the number of 3-11 grade students scoring proficient in ELA and Math will increase by 5% in each area as measured by the AzMERIT state
assessment.
By the end of the 2019 school year, the number of 4th, 8th, and 9th grade students scoring proficient in Science will increase by 4% as measured by the AIMS Science state assessment.
By the end of the 2023 school year, the number of 3-11 grade students scoring proficient in ELA and Math will increase by 25% in each area as measured by the ELA and math state assessment (AzMERIT).
By the end of the 2023 school year, the number of 4th, 8th, and 9th (11) grade students scoring proficient in Science will increase by 20% as measured by the state science assessment (AIMS).

Performance By the end of the 2019 school year, the number of certified staff retained in DVUSD for the following school year will increase by .6%. (87-90)
