RESULTADOS Datos generales de la muestra

ALCANCES Y LIMITACIONES

Esta investigación, tenía como finalidad hacer un aporte al espacio académico y una contribución a la empresa donde se realizo el trabajo de campo, a partir de la temática seleccionada. Los resultados de esta investigación, sirven para dar al lector un acercamiento a la importancia de la

satisfacción laboral en los empleados y ver como esta influye (positiva o negativamente) en su desempeño, en este caso, como se evidencia en el contexto definido.

El alcance de este trabajo es significativo a nivel académico y en las pequeñas y medianas empresas de transporte, pero tiene ciertas implicaciones de cara a una generalización del mismo, ya que la muestra no fue muy grande y solo se realizo en una empresa, de tal forma que sería complejo generalizar el comportamiento evidenciado a todas las empresas del contexto nacional.

Sin embargo, esta investigación puede ser vista como punto de partida, para seguir generando nuevas investigaciones y promover el conocimiento en este campo, donde se presenten nuevas temáticas o puntos a tratar a partir de lo ya mencionado, como por ejemplo una investigación con una muestra más grande, o una investigación con varias empresas del sector que pueda generar resultados que permitan un nuevo análisis y un gran aporte para el el sector definido.
