Now you know exactly what H pylori is, the symptoms it causes, how to test for it and how it damages your digestive system, it is time to learn how to reduce your symptoms with The H Pylori Diet and run a special Stomach Cleanse that should help to remove the bacteria from your system.
Phase One of the process is the foundational nutrition and lifestyle system that I recommend to all my clients. I cannot stress the importance of this phase of the programme enough.

Take This Programme at Your Own Pace
The H Pylori Diet contains a series of recommendations for you to add into your daily schedule. I do not want you to feel overwhelmed by the information so I suggest that you read through it at least once and make notes on the recommendations that are going to be easiest for you to implement. The one thing that I ask is that you pay special attention to removing certain key foods from your diet, namely cow’s milk, gluten and soy.

Once you have read through the information at least once, start by eliminating the key foods as detailed at the start of the programme, one by one, or all at once if you feel this is possible. You may be surprised by the improvements these simple changes bring.
Once you have successfully eliminated these foods, focus on including more of the appropriate foods that I have listed.

The Stomach Cleanse
I recommend that you follow the nutrition and lifestyle programme for approximately 60-days before running the stomach cleanse. This will help to reduce inflammation in your digestive system so that the supplements are more effective. Continue to adhere to the nutrition and lifestyle recommendations during and after the stomach cleanse.
Of course, if your symptoms are severe and you feel that you must try to take herbs to work against H pylori as soon as
possible, you can begin the stomach cleanse immediately. In this scenario it is still very important for you to follow the nutrition and lifestyle portion of the programme as closely as possible.
How Quickly Will You See Results?
This is the perennial question asked by my clients and in the many email correspondences I receive and if I knew the answer then I truly would be a guru! The answer is, genuinely,
“I do not know”. I don’t know because you are all unique individuals and will have your own set of symptoms and circumstances.
Some of you will experience excellent results very quickly by omitting certain foods from your diet. Many of you will see gradual improvements as the weeks go by and will feel much better after the stomach cleanse. A proportion of you may be disappointed by your progress and this usually indicates that other factors – for example nutritional deficiencies, other digestive infections or food allergies – are contributing to your symptoms. The good news is that I have provided information and resources to help you uncover these roadblocks.
