Zulkifly Garib has served as the Group’s Director of Operations since August 2006. With experience in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering and property development going back over two decades, he heads the Group’s portfolio of township development projects. Presently a member of the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association of Malaysia (REHDA) Selangor branch, he is also a past committee member of REHDA Johor and has served in the Building Services Technical Division committee of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia.
The Township Division’s activities are focused on three integrated townships located in high-growth areas. The first of these is Bandar Seri Putra, located in the southern corridor of Bangi, within the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) in Selangor.
