Designed by world acclaimed architect Dr Kisho Kurokawa, KL Sentral was conceptualised as a “city-within-a-city”
that allows residents to live, work and play within a self-sustainable urban hub. At its heart is the Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur, the city’s bustling transportation hub. The station serves travellers going to and from the greater KL and the Klang Valley, as well as the residential and commercial tenants of the KL Sentral project. It is also home to the first Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Cybercentre, allowing companies to enjoy MSC Status while at the same time enjoying a location close to the city centre of Kuala Lumpur.
MRCB’s successes in developing KL Sentral have garnered an unprecedented number of FIABCI awards in Malaysia

Destined to become an iconic landmark of the Kuala Lumpur skyline, Q Sentral comprises a freehold 45-storey Grade A office tower. While the High and Low Zones of Q Sentral offer a range of sizes, with an open plan design, minimal columns and higher-than-average ceilings of 2.8m, tenants will enjoy sizeable work spaces regardless of which zone they are in. The more spacious High Zone also offers the largest floor plate in the country – up to 40,000 sq ft.
Q Sentral will be supported by 1,400 parking bays, directly linked to the Sky Lobbies. With their contemporary granite, marble and glass finishing and lofty triple volume 3.6 to 4 metre high ceilings, the Sky Lobbies will definitely present a grand first impression to clients and guests.
Q Sentral will also feature a one-of-a-kind 6-storey high Sky Garden on Level 33A, with a distinctive “open-to-the-sky” concept offering spacious floor areas, alfresco dining and extensive greenery - the overall effect to resemble a park in the clouds.
St Regis Hotel & Residences are scheduled to be built near the northern tip of the KL Sentral development, just across from KL Sentral Park. The hotel and residential development has a GDV of about RM1bil and will be completed by 2014.
Another 3.2mil sq ft of land has been set aside for MRCB’s future commercial developments.
