salmon parasite (Gyrodactylus salaris) and round goby (Neogobius melanostomus). Measures have only been entered into VISS for coastal waters, and work on measures for inland waters will take place during the consultation.

Brook trout is a species that has established itself in a relatively large number of inland waters in Västerbotten. This species has been placed on the "grey" list, which according to the instructions means a low risk of impact on ecological status. We do not have sufficient information to deviate

from this assessment. On the other hand, it is the case that impact in the waters which in the previous cycle were deemed to have problems with brook trout have not diminished, it is the basis of assessment that has changed.

Possible measures against invasive alien species in the Bothnian Bay water district Table 15 presents proposals for physical measures in coastal waters to reduce the problem with alien invasive species within the Bothnian Bay water district.
