Brahma the Creator, Vishnu the Sustainer, and Siva the Destroyer are the Hindu Trinity; the most important Gods within Creation. The yogas named after them are, therefore, amongst the most powerful and significant:
Virinchi Yoga: Jupiter, the 5th lord and Saturn in angles or trines and
in own, friendly or exaltation rasis.
“One will be fully absorbed in the knowledge of Brahma. One is highly intelligent and will consider the Vedas to hold a predominant position over other sacred writings. Endowed with all the good qualities, one will always be happy at heart. He will not swerve in any way from the course of conduct prescribed in the Vedas, and will have a good number of distinguished disciples. He will be gentle in his speech, will posses much wealth, wife and sons. Long-lived, one will have his senses under control, shine with spiritual lustre, and will be saluted by kings.”
Virinchi is a name of Brahma, the Creator. This yoga indicates a devotee of Brahma. Amongst all the yogas being given named after Brahma, this one is one the most significant. Saturn indicates Brahma, Jupiter indicates his consort Gayatri, the mother of the

Vedas. The 5th lord is involved as it represents the creative nature.
When this yoga is present it indicates spiritual tendencies and natives with this yoga are usually responsible for initiating or creating something of importance.
Srinatha Yoga: Venus, the 9th lord and Mercury in angles or trines,
and in own, friendly or exaltation rasis.
“One will be wealthy, resplendent, and clever, speaking agreeably and in a humorous vein. He will have the marks of Lord Narayana. He will be always reciting in the company of the virtuous the charming verses adorning the name of Vishnu. He feels very happy in showing reverence towards those that worship God. Endowed with a good wife and sons, he will be loved by all and is very amiable.” Srinatha means “lord/husband of Sri (Lakshmi)” a name of Vishnu, the Preserver. Amongst all the yogas given named after Vishnu, this one is one the most significant. Mercury indicates Vishnu and Venus his consort Lakshmi. The 9th lord is an essential
component of this yoga as it is Vishnu who incarnates to reestablish law and virtue. When this yoga is present it indicates spiritual tendencies and natives with this yoga are usually responsible for establishing law and order, or regulating something of importance.
Srikanta Yoga: The lagna lord, the Sun, and the Moon in angles or
trines, and in own, friendly or exaltation rasis.
“One will be decked with rudraksa rosaries, with his body made white by the besmearing of sacred ashes. He will be magnanimous and always meditating at heart on Lord Siva, thus, he will become delighted by the worship of Siva and become powerful. Consecrating himself to the worship of Siva one will rigidly observe prescribed rites. A friend of the virtuous, he will be free from malice towards the creed and religious beliefs of others.”
Srikanta is a name of Siva, the Destroyer, meaning “beautiful throated” and relates to Siva's blue neck that is the result of swallowing the poison that threatened to destroy the world. Amongst
all the yogas being given named after Siva, this one is one the most significant. The Sun indicates Siva, the Moon his consort Gauri. The lagna lord, representing the body, is also involved as it is through the esoteric use of their bodies that a Siva devotee, or yogi, purifies the consciousness of I. When this yoga is present it indicates spiritual tendencies, however, it usually also indicates that the native is somehow involved in something that has a destructive aspect.
The following three yogas are known as the Tri-Murthi Yogas: Hari, Hara, Brahma Yogas, and are of the most significant yogas named after Brahma, Vishnu or Siva:
Brahma Yoga: From the lagna lord, benefics in the 4th, 10th, and 11th.
“One born in any of these three Yogas (Tri-Murthi Yogas- Hari, Hara, or Brahma Yoga) will be happy, learned, conversant with the entire body of sacred lore, truthful, virtuous, gallant, beneficent to every living thing, and endowed with wealth and sons.”
Hari Yoga: From the 2nd lord, benefics in the 2nd, 12th, and 8th.
Hari is a name of Vishnu, who removes evil.
Hara Yoga: From the 7th lord, the 4th, 9th, and 8th occupied by
benefics.

Brahma Yoga: Jupiter in an angle from the 9th lord, Venus in an
angle from the 11th lord, and Mercury in an angle from the lagna lord
or 10th lord.
“One enjoys a long life and luxury in food and other pleasures, has the respect of learned and spiritual individuals, and is well educated, virtuous and charitable.”
Jupiter in an angle from the 9th lord gives wisdom, Venus in an
angle from the 11th lord indicates the gain of luxuries and pleasure,
and Mercury in an angle from the lagna lord or 10th lord gives the
capacity for good deeds.
Vishnu Yoga: The navamsa lord of the 9th lord joins the 10th lord in
the 2nd with the 9th lord.
“One leads a happy and enjoyable life, accumulating fortune in various lands. Knowledgeable and a good conversationalist, one is favored by rulers and enjoys perfect health to 100 years of age.”
The combination of the 9th and 10th lords in the 2nd indicates that
the native’s purposeful activities are a source of security and reward. The navamsa lord of the 9th lord there as well amplifies all this and
makes this a much more significant yoga than the raja yoga formed by the mere conjunction of the 9th and 10th lords.
Siva Yoga: The 5th lord in the 9th, the 9th lord in the 10th, and the 10th
lord in the 5th.
“One is successful in trading, victorious and a ruler of armies, possessing higher wisdom, and living a virtuous life.”
This yoga creates a flow between the two houses of fortune, knowledge and dharma and the 10th house of karma, indicating
actions that are guided by wisdom. The 5th and 9th houses, which are
Srinatha Yoga: The 7th lord exalted in the 10th, and the 9th lord
conjunct the 10th lord.
“One will be equal to Indra, having the marks of Vishnu; conch, wheel, etc. One is an agreeable speaker, godly, loved by all, with a good wife and children.”
Another yoga related to Vishnu, though not as significant as the previous Srinatha Yoga for indicating spiritual tendencies. The 7th
lord exalted in the 10th indicates that the native’s deeds are favorable
to others, and the 9th lord joining the 10th lord indicates that the
native’s deeds are dharmic in nature as well.
Trilocana “Three-eyed” Yoga: The Sun, Moon and Mars in trines
from each other.
“Great wealth, high intelligence and a long life are bestowed upon the native, and one is a terror to their enemies.”
These three planets must be in trine to each other, meaning that they must be in the 5th and 9th from each other with none of them
being conjunct the other. The Sun is the first planet. The Moon is the 2nd planet, the reflection of the Sun. Mars is the third planet, that
which is generated between the Sun and the Moon as a result of duality. These three in harmony, as indicated by their mutual trine positions, gives a harmony between the One- the Self, the Two- the Mind, and the Three- the mental concepts. Trilocana is a name of Siva. The Sun is presided by Siva, the Moon by his consort Gauri, and Mars by his son, Skanda.
