5.1.2 CONCLUSIÓN ESPECÍFICA:
Following are the yogas named after less significant deities than the previously given yogas. In general, therefore, these yogas are a bit less powerful. Marud Yoga, and the yogas named after Indra, the Sun and Moon are very powerful and don’t seem to be any less significant than the previously given yogas named after Brahma, Vishnu, Siva and their consorts.
Marud “Wind” Yoga: Jupiter in a trine from Venus, the Moon in
the 5th from Jupiter, and the Sun in an angle from the Moon.
“One will be eloquent, broad-breasted, big-bellied, conversant with the scriptures, thriving, clever in striking bargains, and of royal rank or in some position approaching thereto.”
Marud is the God of Wind. This yoga is particularly noted for giving lifelong or extended success.
Indra Yoga: Parivartana between 5th and 11th and the Moon in the
5th.
“One will be a famous and exalted ruler, possessing great courage and enjoying a life up to 36.”
Indra, the deity of the atmosphere and sky, is the lord of the heavenly hosts, thus this yoga particularly gives leadership. For Virgo lagna, this yoga is not simply formed by the interchange of the 11th
lord Moon and the 5th lord Saturn, since the interchange of Saturn
and the Moon is a yoga for mental peculiarities or imbalances.
Indra Yoga: Mars in the 3rd from the Moon, Saturn in the 7th from
Mars, Venus in the 7th from Saturn, and Jupiter in the 7th from Venus.
“Celebrated, one is a king or the equal, amiable, eloquent, wealthy and fortunate.” Another Indra Yoga that emphasizes leadership as well. In this yoga the conjunction of Mars and Venus in the 3rd from the Moon

focuses the passions of the native, and the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in the 9th from the Moon provokes the native to have a
philosophical purpose in their life.
Devendra Yoga: Fixed lagna, the lagna lord and 11th lord in
parivartana, and the 2nd and 10th lords in parivartana.
“One is handsome and attractive, a ruler of pure reputation enjoying life.”
Devendra is a name of Indra. The interchange between the lagna and 11th lords gives reputation and success. The interchange between
the 2nd and 10th lords gives fruition to one's deeds and the support of
others, since the 2nd house indicates those we support.
Garuda “Heavenly Eagle” Yoga: The navamsa lord of the Moon
is exalted and birth is during the day in the Shukla Paksha.
“One has the respect of his equals, is fair in speech, strong and feared by enemies, and will be endangered by poisoning at 34.”
Garuda is the heavenly eagle that is the vehicle of Vishnu. Garuda is the enemy of serpents and fights them at every opportunity; therefore, life is threatened by poison. Shukla Paksha is the bright half of the month when the Moon is waxing.
Kubera Tulya Raja “king resembling the Lord of Wealth” Yoga:
Jupiter or the Moon exalted in the 10th, 4th, or 7th.
“One is the protector from fear, charitable, and endowed with many qualities. Keeping his conduct suitable to that written in the sastras, one is wealthy like Kubera, and a victorious king.”
Kubera is the Lord of Wealth, Kubera Tulya Raja means a “king resembling Kubera.” This is a relatively common yoga that gives wealth and status.
Gandharva “heavenly musician” Yoga: The 10th lord in a kama
house (3rd, 7th, 11th), the lagna lord with Jupiter, the Sun strong and in
exaltation, and the Moon in the 9th.
“One acquires great skill in arts, is fond of pleasure and good clothing, gains fame and lives till 68.”
Gandharvas are the heavenly musicians known to be brilliant, powerful and beautiful. This yoga particularly gives great skill in music and the entertainment arts. The Moon in the 9th, the lagna lord
with Jupiter and the Sun exalted indicate a noble personality on account of these three factors, all indicating the self, being well situated.
Surya “Sun” Yoga: The Sun and the 10th lord in the 3rd with Saturn.
“Well versed in scientific knowledge, one acquires fame and respect with the ruler after 15. One has a simple taste for food, lotuslike eyes and a developed chest.” Two of the karakas for the 10th house, the Sun and Saturn,
together with the 10th lord in the 3rd house of effort gives strength,
focus and steadfastness to one’s activities. Brihat Parashara Hora Sastra describes the Sun as intelligent; the third house is the house of the intellect, making natives with this yoga intellectuals who have a scientific approach to life.
Bhaskara “Light Maker” Yoga: Mercury in the 2nd from the Sun,
the Moon in the 11th from Mercury and Jupiter in a trine (5th or 9th)
from the Moon.
“One is brave, lordlike, versed in the interpretation of the scriptures, handsome, with a wealth of musical tones, good at reckoning, resolute and competent.”
Bhaskara means “making light” it is a name for the Sun, and gold, as well as a name of Lord Siva.

Indu “Moon” Yoga: Mars in the 3rd from the Moon, Saturn in the
12th from Mars, Venus in the 7th from Saturn, and Jupiter in the 7th
from Venus.
“One will be celebrated, amiable, worthy of royal rank or some similar position, eloquent and possessed of wealth, diverse ornaments, fame, beauty and prowess.”

Avataraja/Amsaavatara Yoga and Srikanta Yoga
In the horoscope of noted author and political philosopher HG Wells, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn are on angles, Saturn is exalted and the lagna is moveable, forming Amsaavatara Yoga. The results of this yoga are that the native will form the shape and age in which he lives. The conjunction of vargottama Jupiter with the Atmakaraka Moon in the lagna made him an author. HG Wells wrote many
novels prophetically depicting the advances of technology, as well as the book, The Shape of Things to Come, which was one of his works made into a motion picture. He also wrote Ann Veronica in 1909 promoting Women’s Rights.
The lagna lord in an angle in exaltation, the Sun in a trine in a friend’s rasi, and the Moon in the lagna in a friend’s rasi forms Srikanta Yoga, the yoga dedicated to Siva the Destroyer indicating heightened wisdom and spirituality. It is interesting that many of his works emphasized the destruction of mankind through modern technology and the hopeful avoidance of that.
Virinichi Yoga

The dasas of the yoga forming planets, Jupiter, Saturn and Mercury, were particularly good for his career and reputation.
Srinatha Yoga
In the horoscope of US President, Harry Truman, Mercury is in a trine in a great friend’s rasi, Venus is in an angle in a great friend’s rasi, and the 9th lord, who is also Venus, is in an
angle in a great friends rasi forming Srinatha Yoga. Harry Truman was the last president known for his honesty and loyalty. He became president following the death of President
Roosevelt, and within a few months he brought WWII to a conclusion, but not before ordering the nuclear bombing of Japan. During his administration many important foreign policies were established, including the US membership in NATO and the United Nations. Srinatha is a name for Vishnu who incarnates to reestablish law. Leaders with Srinatha Yoga will always play an important role in setting the laws that will guide the nation. Truman’s Srinatha yoga is only averagely disposed. Mercury suffers on account of being with Saturn and rasi aspected by Mars, as well as Rahu, but Rahu is vargottama and thus not harmful. The rasi aspect of Jupiter and the full Moon supports Mercury. Venus is alone and with no rasi aspects, therefore, also averagely disposed. The average disposition of the Srinatha Yoga indicates that the laws and policies of the Truman administration were of only average quality.

Brahma Yoga
In the horoscope of FW Woolworth, Jupiter, a benefic, is in the 4th from the lagna lord Mars, Mercury,
a benefic, is in the 10th from the lagna
lord, and Venus, another benefic is in the 11th from the lagna lord, thereby
forming Brahma Yoga. After the commencement of Jupiter dasa, Woolworth began his climb to financial fortune by opening five and dime stores. In Mercury/Mercury,
when he incorporated, his company had over 1,000 stores throughout the world. Mercury/Ketu brought the completion of the Woolworth Building in 1913, which at the time was the tallest building in the world. Ketu is in the rasi of Jupiter, one of the Brahma Yoga forming planets, and in the nakshatra and navamsa of Venus, another of the Brahma Yoga forming planets and, therefore, gives the results of the Brahma Yoga. One of the results of Brahma Yoga is said to be wealth, by the time of his death in 1919 during Mercury/Venus, Woolworth had amassed a personal fortune of 65 million. The Brahma Yoga is very well disposed. Jupiter is rasi aspected by a benefic and is also forming Gajakesari Yoga by being on an angle from the Moon and rasi aspected by a benefic, Venus. Jupiter is also forming a raja yoga with Venus on account of being a trine lord in rasi aspect with an angular lord. Mercury is with one exalted planet and one malefic planet, but the exalted planet, the Sun, is vargottama, so Mercury is better than it is worse. Mercury is also forming Sankha Yoga by being the 6th lord joined with the 5th lord while the lagna lord is strong (Mars, though
debilitated, has the highest shadbala of over 550 virupas). Venus is vargottama in its own rasi and rasi aspected by one benefic, Jupiter, and one malefic, Mars, but with Mars it is forming a raja yoga, so Mars supports any success the Brahma Yoga has to give. All the Brahma Yoga forming planets are quite well disposed and form multiple yogas, so Woolworth had great success.

In the horoscope of actor John Belushi, the 9th lord Sun is in the
navamsa of Mars. Mars, its ruler, is in the 2nd with the 9th lord Sun and 10th
lord Mercury, forming Vishnu Yoga. Belushi enjoyed a very successful life as comic actor during the Sun’s dasa, which is a contributing planet in the Vishnu Yoga. Though Mercury is joining the Sun, which would indicate that the Sun’s dasa be ordinary and Mercury’s great, the Sun is also joining Mars, indicating that the Sun’s dasa is great and Mar’s ordinary, so both the Sun and Mercury’s dasa are capable of good results. His success was cut short by his death at 33; the results of the yoga, “perfect health to 100 years,” did not hold true, but as mentioned, the length of life indicated by yogas are not to be taken in an isolated fashion and have to be considered in the context of all yogas bearing on longevity.

Mercury, is exalted in the navamsa. Even Saturn’s rasi aspect is not a blemish since it is forming an interchange with the Sun. The interchange between the 2nd and 9th lord is a Maha Yoga and gives success and wealth.
In the horoscope of actress Carol Landis, the 9th lord Moon is in the
navamsa of Venus, Venus is in the 2nd with the 9th lord Moon and 10th lord
Sun, forming Vishnu Yoga. Carol Landis was an actress whose greatest success was in the dasa of the Moon, one of the Vishnu Yoga forming planets. She was known for her comic talent, and died in her 29th year in the

The Vishnu Yoga is not as well disposed as is the one in John Belushi’s horoscope. None of the planets are in exaltation, though Venus is vargottama, and the dispositor of the Vishnu Yoga forming planets are in the 8th house, whereas in Belushi’s horoscope it is in the 9th house
interchanged with the 2nd lord. Carol Landis was not as successful as
Belushi. It is interesting that both these actors with Vishnu Yoga were comic actors. Mercury, who’s presiding deity is Vishnu, is the planet of comedy.
Srinatha Yoga
In the horoscope of historical author James Clavell, the 7th lord
Mercury is exalted in the 10th and joined with the 9th lord Sun, forming
Srinatha Yoga. The Srinatha Yoga is well disposed and has no malefic rasi aspects or conjunctions to it, and the Sun is in its own navamsa. His novels reflect a greater than average level of understanding and the clear analysis of the social conditions and human nature during the periods in which his
novels are set. He has also translated one of the ancient Chinese classics, The
Art of War. Many of his best works
were written in the dasa of Mercury, a constituent of the Srinatha Yoga, during which he made his reputation as an author. Mercury dasa gave the great results of the yoga due to the rule, if Mercury and the Sun join the Sun dasa is ordinary while Mercury’s dasa is great.
Trilocana Yoga
In the horoscope of actor Beau Bridges, the Sun, Moon and Mars are in trine from each other, thereby forming Trilocana Yoga. The Sun is very well disposed by being joined with Mercury and having the rasi aspect of Venus and the Moon from its own rasi. Mars is very well disposed by having no malefic rasi aspects of conjunctions while being in its exaltation navamsa. The Moon is in its
own rasi, but receives the rasi aspect of two malefics, Ketu and Saturn, though Saturn is in its own navamsa and therefore not harmful. Due to the good disposition of the three Trilocana Yoga forming planets, the dasas of the Sun, Moon, and Mars have kept him very busy as an actor, during which he has had roles in over 60 films.
