Excess mileage for Cars on rentals of 27 days

Excess mileage charges will apply if the car travels more than 250 miles per day (averaged over the length of the rental period). For example: if during a 3 day rental
period a renter drives 800 miles then miles 751 – 800 will be charged at either 15 pence or 30 pence per mile
depending on your vehicle
15 pence per mile for each mile driven over 250 miles per day; or

Excess mileage for cars on rentals of 28 days or
longer
Excess mileage charges will apply if the car travels more than 90 miles per day (averaged over the length of the
rental period). For example: if during a 30 day rental period a renter drives 2750 miles then miles 2701 – 2750
will be charged at either 15 pence or 30 pence per mile depending on your vehicle

Excess mileage for Vans
Excess mileage charges will apply if the van travels more than 250 miles per day for up to 7 days rentals. For rentals of 7 to 27 days, the mileage allowance is 250 miles per day for the first 7 days and 90 miles per day for the remainder of the rental (mileage is averaged over the length of the rental). For example: if during a 10 day rental period a renter drives a van 2,040 miles, then miles 2,021 –
2,040 will be charged 12 pence per mile

One- way hire
If you decide in the middle of the rental period that you wish to return the vehicle to a different Europcar Station than you originally planned then you will have to pay a
one-way hire Fee
Please contact the Europcar Station where you collected your

Rental Agreement
Delivery and Collection
This applies if you wish to have the vehicle delivered to your home address or collected from any UK address. Minimum 2 days hire for standard and Selection cars. Minimum notice period 2 hours for standard cars and
2 days for Selection vehicles and vans

General accessories
The cost to replace accessories such as locking wheel nuts, parcel shelves, boot covers etc varies according to the manufacturer of the vehicle and the model. Please ask

An Administration Fee of £36 will be added to the cost of the
accessory(ies).
Vehicle Recovery Fee Recovery of a vehicle that has broken down or damaged due to customer negligence and £3 per mile towage£175 recovery charge
