O

Sift what results from the sublimation, sift again, and what remains sublime another time.
Take the sublimate: and put it in another flask. Pour over the Oleum Vitrioli and the Spiritus Salis 2 lots of each, and distill off again some phlegm.
Then give it the fire of sublimation and make it sublime. Take out the sublimate and sublime it again, sometimes by itself until it is like glass. Then cut it into small pieces, put it in a glass bowl, put it in the cellar and let it go into an oil.
Or put it in another flask and dissolve it in good Spiritus Salis; let it putrefy for a month and then pour over it good wine vinegar as the same amount of Spiritus Salis, it will come a true separation, and the impurities/scoriae/feces will fall to the ground. The pure part, extract it and put it in the cellar, and it will form into crystals.
Get out all the crystals and all that is to crystallize even after subsequent evaporation, then grind them, and put them in a glass vessel that you will put in a sand bath and give it fire to sublimate.
What rises in the sublimation, rotate with the vessel and repeat this until the crystals become red and you have the Lapis M ercurii M edicinalis. Grind the sublimate, put it in a flask and pour over it highly rectified Spiritus Vini, and extract all the red, divide the Spiritus Vini again to make it become a light powder.
Put it in a glass bowl and put it in a cellar, let it be a liquor oil, put it in a vial, digest it 14 days and 14 nights and distill it finally with a small retort. Better yet, before you put it to digestion, add pure M ercurius Vivus, so the liquor weighs 1 pound, ½ pound of each other and digest them all together, then, distill, cohobate and you will obtain the Arcanum Primi Entis M ercurii in form of the substantia liquid and you therefore obtain the Acetum Acerrimum M etallum of the grand Circulatum M ajus, with whom are the miracles.

So you can sublimate also alone the living mercury with vitriol of Hungary or Cyprus and sea salt, you must re-grind the sublimate from the remaining side and sublime again until no sublimate attaches more like a flour, then take it and sublime it several times alone (per se) until it is transparent like a crystal.
Dissolve it in a good water of spirit of salt so that all the impurities fall the bottom and proceed with as it was taught in the work before.
3. With this liquid metal, you can work in the same way with more universal gold since it decomposes the gold through the release of its body/earth, and brings it to its Quinta Essentia. Dissolve it in pure Philosophical Spiritus Vini as taught above, and if you do not want to liquefy the remainder in the cellar, put it on a steam bath and transform it this way into a liquor. Then add fresh living mercury, so that it can dissolve. Digesting them with each other and distill them and cohobate Circulatum and you have the Circulatum M inus, you make a Circulatum M ajus and this is how that it should be.
6. You can also work this way. M ake yourself a regulus of Antimonii M artis.

That which sublimes, re-sublime it again until everything shall remain in the bottom fixed and red. Then take this red powder, put it in a flask and pour over highly rectified spirit of wine and extract all the red.
Pour all extractions and distill again the spiritus until a fine (light) red powder remains. Put it into a glass bowl, put it in the cellar and let it dissolve into an oily liquid. Pour this liquid into a retort, if it weighs 1 pound, put in a half pound of living mercury, digest them in with each other and distill the liquor, so you have obtained another secret work, with whom you may perform miracles. This liquor is the real Solar Quinta Essentia M ercurii Antimonii with which you can proceed like with the previous one.
