2. The printer will switch to offline mode. The rolls will be rewound. The
print will not accept any further pint jobs. The display shows "System being shut down".
3. After one minute, the display will show "You may switch off the system now! Restart > Green button".
4. Actuate the green "Online" button for immediate restart [Fig. 47].

5. Set the ON/OFF switch [Fig. 41] on the rear of the device to position
"0" for switching off the printer.
Note: Switching off the device without prior shut down may cause loss of data as well as errors in the operating system. Let five seconds pass after switching off before restart.
Scanner operator panel
The ROWE models RC / RCS 4000 + 9000 are user-friendly systems featuring very easy operability. Copy jobs are simply executed by pressing the green start button on the operator panel. You will need to replace the standard copy settings with the individual preferences only in the event that you want to execute more complex copy jobs using the scanner operator panel.
The operator panel is located above the original feed. The operator panel consists of various buttons for operating the scanner (in the case of RCS models for scanner and printer) and a four-line LCD display.

The operator panel of the network scanner ROWE RC 4000 + 9000 is located on the left side of the scanner. It also contains the manipulation for the optional height adjustment. [Fig. 48]

Buttons
Using the buttons on the operator panel lets you make a number of settings on the ROWE RC /RCS network scanner, e.g.
Zooming or setting the desired language.
The operator panel has the following main buttons and button groups:
