Creating a set copy, proceed as follows:
1. Place the original against the original ruler with the lettered page up and justified to the right sliding the original into the originals entry slot till the original is pulled in. [Fig. 83].

2. The scanner will run a 100 mm long prescan for width detection purposes provided the 'Automatic width detection' had been enabled. Then the original is returned to its start position. The scanner will now display the identified width [Fig. 84]

3. Make sure that the correct printer has been selected. The selected printer is displayed on the right upper part of the display. Now press the button 'Set' [button group G7] and start scanning using the start button. The original is scanned. Then insert the next originals and scan them too. When you have scanned all originals, press the button 'Set' once more for closing the set and starting the output. [Fig. 85]:

The selected printer will start its printout after the original was scanned.
Selecting the above-mentioned set options, proceed as follows:
1. Press the "Function" button [button group G7]. The following menu will open [Fig. 86]. Using the arrow buttons 'Up/Down' [Fig. 86], select menu option "Instant printing" or "Reverse order" and confirm your selection via the enter button. This will get you automatically to the next menu level. You may abort the process and exit the menu by using the offline button:

You may abort the process and exit the menu by using the offline button:

Cover sheet
You may directly select a cover sheet that was stored on the ROWE network printer via the scanner operating panel and have it issued together with your copies. Selecting the cover sheet, proceed as follows:
1. Press the "Function" button [button group G7, p. 60]. The following menu will open [Fig. 92]. Using the arrow buttons 'Up/Down' [Fig. 92], select menu option "Cover sheet selection" and confirm your selection via the enter button. This will get you automatically to the next menu level. You may abort the process and exit the menu by using the offline button:

Stamps and trailing texts
You may directly select stamps and trailing texts stored on the ROWE network printer via the scanner operating panel and have them imprinted on your copies. Selecting and enabling a stamp or trailing text, proceed as follows:

Originals output
The ROWE RC/RCS network scanner offers four selectable options of originals output
Output to the rear:
In this setting, the original is ejected from the rear scanner output after scanning.
Hold at rear:
In this setting, the original is run out from the rear scanner output after scanning but the end of the original will be held by the scanner's last rear pair of rollers.
>Cost center
Eject to the front:
In this setting, the original will be transported back to the feed table and ejected there.
Output to the front:
In this setting, the original will be transported back to the feed table and held by the scanner's first pair of rollers.
Managing this setting, proceed as follows:
1. Press the "Function" button [button group G7]. The following menu will open [Fig. 100]. Using the arrow buttons 'Up/Down' [Fig. 100], select menu option "Output options" and confirm your selection via the enter button. This will get you automatically to the next menu level. You may abort the process and exit the menu by using the offline button:

Selecting the device language
You may specify on the operator panel of the ROWE system in what language the print information should display. Proceed as follows for setting it:
1. Keep the enter button [Fig. 102] depressed for three seconds, then the menu will open
