When discussing the situation with housing is important to mention the situation with illegal construction that are more and more spread out and more and more multiply. Illegal constructions engage urban land, space for public green areas , protected areas with special purpose as "Park - forest Vodno" room intended for industry and etc... Builds disorganized, unplanned at attractive surface and quality agricultural land, and organizes settlements that prevent further continuity in the urbanization of the city planning and development of the region and state. Illegal construction is a complex and difficult problem.
