2.2.3 Funcionamiento del ADSL

Valued Communities shall provide a User, in the role of an Organisation or Group or Business, with the ability to manage a sweepstake and seek participation from Individuals in a sweepstake. A User in the role of an Individual can partake in other sweepstakes, and manage and seek sweepstake participation from Individuals.

15.17.1

Managing a Sweepstake

15.17.1.1

Group or Organisation

Valued Communities shall provide a User, in the role of an Organisation or Group or Business, with the following service:-

• Setup

• Selecting the fundraising purpose for which a sweepstake is being established. • Detailing the cost of the sweepstake.

• Selecting the sweepstake or entering own sweepstake.

• Manage details of prizes, including cash prizes from the Online Funds Account of a User. • Initiate and Send Reminders

• Initiate – To initiate a sweepstake and for Users who have connected to a designated

group or organisation and have elected to be advised of a sweepstake, send a message advising them of the sweepstake. Whilst Valued Communities undertakes to send the email to a User within 1-business day of User initiated event, delivery of the email to a User is not guaranteed (see Fundraising Activity Notification).

• Send Reminders – Send reminders of a sweepstake, including round details (see

Fundraising Activity Notification).

• Results and Winners

• Enter results for sweepstake where a User provided their own sweepstake.

• Determine Winners – The Paradigm Platform determines the winner of a sweepstake.

Valued Communities undertakes to determine the winners of a sweepstake within 1- business day of the end date of the sweepstake.

• Winner Notification – As detailed previously. • Results Notification – As detailed previously. • Contribution Notification – As detailed previously.

• Close - The Paradigm Platform shall close any sweepstake 5-days after the designated end date for

that sweepstake.

Individual

Valued Communities shall provide a User, in the role of an Individual, with the following service:-

• Setup

• Selecting the fundraising purpose for which a sweepstake is being established. • Detailing the cost of the sweepstake.

• Selecting the sweepstake to use.

• Manage details of prizes for a sweepstake, including cash prizes from the Online Funds

Account of a User.

• Initiate and Send Reminders

• Initiate – To initiate a sweepstake and for Users who are in the address book of a User

Partaking in a Sweepstake

Valued Communities shall provide a User, in the role of an Individual, with the following service:-

• Winner Notification – As detailed previously. • Results Notification – As detailed previously. • Contribution Notification – As detailed previously.

• Sweepstake Management – With the ability to purchase a new sweepstake. The ability to decline a

sweepstake is also provided.

• Sweepstake Participation – Allow a User to enter a sweepstake, navigate through a sweepstake,

enter answers, and submit results for assessment. This includes a sweepstake sent by a friend, or group or organisation.

• Sweepstake Contribution – To allow a User to select a contribution for a group or organisation or for a

friend and make a contribution using POLi Payment, Mobile Phone Account or Online Funds Account as per described in Contributions.

• Payment Confirmation - To send a message on making a contribution confirming payment for the

selected sweepstake. Whilst Valued Communities undertakes to send the email to a User within 1- business day after payment, delivery of the email to a User is not guaranteed.

15.18

Numbers

Valued Communities shall provide a User, in the role of an Organisation or Group or Business, with the ability to manage numbers and seek participation from Individuals in numbers. A User in the role of an Individual can partake in other numbers, and manage and seek numbers participation from Individuals.

VC-Challenge

Valued Communities shall provide a User, in the role of an Individual on the mobile application only, with the ability to initiate and partake in a VC-Challenge. Both the Online Funds Account or the mobile phone account of a User, from a recognised mobile phone company, maybe used to make Contributions in support of a VC-Challenge,

Issuing a Challenge

Valued Communities shall provide a User, in the role of an Individual on the mobile application only, with the following service:-

• Setup a VC-Challenge

• Selecting the fundraising purpose for which numbers is being established. • Detailing the nature of the VC-Challenge.

• Detailing the end date of the VC-Challenge. • Selection of friend to challenge.

• Manage details of the stake from the Online Funds Account of a User.

• Issue a VC-Challenge to the selected friend by sending a message advising them of the

VC-Challenge. Whilst Valued Communities undertakes to send the email to a User within 1-business day of User initiated event, delivery of the email to a User is not guaranteed (see Fundraising Activity Notification).

• VC-Challenge Results

• The initiator of a VC-Challenge is advised to enter the result of a VC-Challenge and

complete the play.

• Detail the result – The Paradigm Platform determines the winner of a VC-Challenge

based on the result entered by the party issuing a VC-Challenge. Valued Communities undertakes to determine the winners of a VC-Challenge within 1-business day of the VC- Challenge result being entered by the initiator of a VC-Challenge.

• Winner Notification – As detailed previously. • Results Notification – As detailed previously. • Contribution Notification – As detailed previously.

• Close - The Paradigm Platform shall close any VC-Challenges 5-days after the designated end date

for that VC-Challenge.

15.19.2

Accepting a Challenge

• Accepting a VC-Challenge

• To view a VC-Challenge with the option to accept or decline. A message advising a User

of acceptance or decline of a VC-Challenge is sent. Whilst Valued Communities undertakes to send the email to a User within 1-business day of User initiated event, delivery of the email to a User is not guaranteed (see Fundraising Activity Notification).

• Winner Notification – As detailed previously. • Results Notification – As detailed previously. • Contribution Notification – As detailed previously.

• Manage details of the stake from the Online Funds Account of a User.

15.20

Compliance

For no charge to a User, excluding the role of Business, and using the functionality provided by the Paradigm Platform, Valued Communities assists in compliance by:

• Activities Allowed – Based on Valued Communities understanding of the respective compliance, and

with advice of the relevant regulator, access to activities for fundraising based on the location of a User may be denied.

• Cash Prizes – Based on Valued Communities understanding of the respective compliance, and with

advice of the relevant regulator, the use of cash prizes for fundraising based on the location of a User may be denied.

• Contribution Limits – Based on Valued Communities understanding of the respective compliance, and

with advice of the relevant regulator, contribution limits on fundraising based on the location of a User may be applied.

• Permits – Based on Valued Communities understanding of the respective compliance, and with

location of a User, and it is the responsibility of the User to ensure the appropriate permit and compliance.

• Messaging - At the initiation of a fundraising activity, a message shall be sent as an email to the latest

email address supplied to Valued Communities at time of activity initiation, advising the respective organisation of the fundraising activity. In addition, an email is sent to the respective regulator if required. Whilst Valued Communities undertakes to send the email as soon as possible after initiation of the fundraising campaign, delivery of email to a User is not guaranteed.

Valued Communities undertakes to implement any changes requested within 1-business day of receiving the request from a User. Users alone determine what they are raising funds for, i.e. Valued Communities will not make changes for a User.
