4. Estado del arte del sector

4.1. Matriculaciones e Inscripciones

If solutions containing elements of the kufr system are presented to us, no matter what name is given them, they cannot be called Islamic. If the proposed alternative has Freemasons running the system, runs on paper currency and digital currency controlled by the modern Zionist system and there is no dealing of real wea lth involved in it; if it ma kes use of the banking institution; if fractional reserve banking is employed in it; if this system causes the wealth of that society to be accumulated in the hands of a few people, and the money supply and the money circulation of that community are being controlled by the m: such a system cannot be called Isla mic . If the banking system is established in a commun ity as a private institution, then the money supply and circulation in that commun ity is controlled by it. If all such pilla rs of economic e xp lo itation exist in a system, then calling that system Isla mic or claiming it to be according to Shariah is vindictive to humanity and Islam. W e are surprised that our present day thinkers and scholars have declared the modern economic system of paper money to be halaal.

For e xa mple , if one takes a chicken to a scholar to ask whether it is halaal or haraam, he would declare it halaal; and if one tells him that the money with which it was bought was earned by stealing or other unfaithful means, then the chicken becomes haraa m.

The system of riba is so widespread that we have reached the situation predicted by Rasoolullah (hubp); the smoke of riba reaches even those who do not take riba. We have to develop such an Islamic economic system for Muslims that does not contain any of the pillars of this kufr system. One cannot call a system Isla mic just by making some minor changes. If only the concept of not taking interest were Isla mic , then their modern banking system too does not take or give interest in the current account; we should be calling that a part of the Isla mic banking system.

However we are totally against the working of the present Islamic banking system. Banking is only used for money lending, interest and usury. The term ‗banking‘ itself means money lending – riba. Th is is like saying ‗Isla mic interest system‘, ‗Isla mic a lcohol‘ etc. There is no such thing in Shariah and never will be. Th is is just creating confusion.

When we speak about changing the mindset, our deen has given us a system to help accomp lish this. We will use our own system and do not need to borrow anything from theirs. Their borro wing and lending of money represents the system of riba.

If a man works hard from day in and day out, and is paid in paper money, use of that paper money for that person is halaal. We are by no means denying this, as everyone is trapped in this system. However that does not make paper money legal. It does not have the backing of real wea lth and hence can be devalued overnight as it is controlled by the kufr system, wh ich is fa ke and does not have a Shariah value. Thus paper money does not become ‗legal‘ by itself.

We will discuss the solution in four levels:

 At an individual level - when one is trapped in this system of kufr and is forced to use this paper money then what responses he should develop.

 At community level - responses communities should develop like traders‘ organizations, business communit ies etc.

 At government level - the response of the government, which is the prime aspect of imp le menting

these solutions. It is very difficult at this level as the government‘s very survival depends on the stability of the modern Zionist economic system. Govern ments have stored their wea lth in foreign e xchange reserves as foreign currencies; this is the bank of the d isbelievers. This means that the wealth of Muslims has been given to the disbelievers. We will however d iscuss the responses to be applied at this level, and if any government wants to imple ment the m, it can do so.

 At an international level – this includes the responses that Muslim governments can imple ment, alone or along with other Muslim governments, or the non-Muslim governments trying to work against this kufr system.

There are many other nations and governments that are trying to develop responses against this modern capitalist system, like Cuba, Venezuela etc. These responses are being discussed even within the American society; we talked about Ron Paul and Kennedy who took a stand against the modern Zionist banking system. We Muslims should co -operate even with these non-Muslim countries so that the Islamic economic model, that is being developed to weaken the system of kufr , can gain more strength.

Go ing back to the Islamic Banking System, there are so many banks that clearly belong to the Jews and Zionis ts.

Citibank and the Bank of A merica could be c ited as exa mp les . Now if these banks open a window for Isla mic

banking then there is nothing more artific ia l or ironic . Many Muslims around the world have created such banks, procuring fatwas and claiming the m to be Sha riah-co mp liant, involving Musharakah, Mudarabah etc. in wh ich we do business deals on the basis of partnership , or we do business in those commodities wh ich are not haraa m in themselves (

), i.e. not containing alcohol, riba etc. The dealings of these banks are highly suspicious.

Muslims are trying to form Isla mic institutions and advance towards an Islamic order. Ho wever, we cannot use the term ‗Isla mic Bank‘ for this, just as we cannot call a current account an Islamic account simp ly because it does not involve taking or paying interest. This is a mere sugar coating because paper currency is still used, and this is a part of their kufr system. There are so many Isla mic banks that keep their money in interest based banks and earn interest on it. They are ca lled Isla mic banks only because they use the depositors‘ money in those business es that are not haraam in the mselves . They invest it in property, land, factories etc. To feel satisfied that we have made an Isla mic economic model through all this is just a misco nception and deception. We emphasize that this remains the system of kufr . We are attempting to ma ke a mode l; but as long as the ele ments of this system of kufr a re present in it and not eliminated, it is not Islamic. Most of the time, Isla mic Banks are involved in so -called Fract ional Reserve Banking, wh ich means to give loans of 1000 d irha ms when only 100 dirha ms are in reserve, even if they are based on Sharakat. However fractional reserve banking and paper currency are the foundation of the modern banking system. There are many institutions and even some Isla mic banks that are owned by Zionists and Freemasons to ma ke fools of Muslims.

In today‘s world, under the existing environ ment, we can accept people‘s attempts to move towards an Islamic system; but accepting only a slightly changed system to be completely Isla mic to the extent of using the term

‗Islamic bank‘ can not be agreed with. Islamic interest, Islamic bars, Islamic alcoholis m, Islamic money lending, Isla mic riba etc do not exist. We should not use these terms.

If people deal with these banks by only keeping a current account, we have to understand and sympathize with them as all of us are trapped in this system without a choice, and are try ing our best to earn halaal income and have as litt le to do as possible with this system of ku fr . There fore we cannot use generalized fat was here. These are all unprecedented crises. The Muslim nations have not faced such a crisis in these 1400 years. We have to take every issue at a case-to-case basis. Muslim scholars and intellectuals need to closely exa mine each one of these

terminologies and concepts , and the media should discuss them. This is a great challenge. This is the same situation as when we discussed about going to a scholar to ask about a chicken being halaal or haraa m. They would say

‗halaal‘ without realizing that the money with which the chicken was bought as well as the elements that are behind it are totally haraa m. Those ele ments are the fundamental pilla rs of the system of kufr .

The Muslims are fa lling short here as we do not understand the system of fractional reserve banking and there are no debates raised on this topic to promote understanding of it. There is a confusion created over this. It is just an attempt to comfort ourselves that something Islamic is being done whilst dealing in these banking systems. It is not a sin for a common Muslim. It has been told to him by the government, the bank and this system that this is right and so he continues investing in it.

This is why we have familiarized you with their pillars . As long as their pillars re ma in in this system or even one of them is present in any organization, then it is not Isla mic; it may be just a step towards establishing an Islamic model. If we put even one drop of impurity into milk, it does not remain pure. We are emphasizing this because Muslims are being misled. They are being cheated on purpose. We need a radically different system because the present system cannot be reformed.

Muslims in the west wanted to pull away fro m the system of riba, so the Jewish bankers developed a new scheme to pull out the Muslims‘ funds and assets that were being shifted into real wealth, trading and circulation. They started inviting Muslims , especially fro m Eu rope and America, proposing shariah-comp liant banking. The banks proposed to do business on the Muslims‘ behalf and give them profits. It was important for them that the fundamental concept of Muslims carrying out trade amongst themselves had to be broken. Riba and trade are diametrically opposite concepts. Therefore the Zionists planned to draw all the money towards themselves in the name of Isla mic banking, Isla mic interest etc. Their ma jor banks are opening Isla mic windows for th is purpose.

We did not initiate any trend by ourselves. Our present democracy, economic order, politica l order, legal order etc.

all ca me fro m the west. If this banking system was actually an Islamic one it would have destroyed the foundations of the banking system of the disbelievers. When the root of the system of kufr is wounded, then no disbeliever will tolerate this Islamic banking system. If they are tolerating it now and opening Islamic windows in their banks , then re me mber that it is not Isla mic; it is just a screen in front of reality- both systems are the same thing.

Attempts to come up with solutions have been going on for a long time. We are essentially a frag mented society, and do not agree on many matters as we have different schools of thought. Even before we reach a solution, we get caught up in different proble ms. Can we overcome a ll these issues and reach a solution?

We can prove that a nation is made to get caught up in such issues , so that there is no discussion on the ma in fundamental pilla rs. If you have noticed, until today, whenever there were any discussions on these issues these 8-9 fundamental p illars were never d iscussed. The discussions were a lways on Mudarabah, Musharakah; whether so and so was shariah-comp liant or not; is it riba or not etc. It is narrowed down to such discussions. There is no Isla mic school of thought which will a llo w the system of usury or argue that paper currency is halaal, legalize the Zionist banking system, or claim that there should be Islamic e xp loitation and that wealth distribution should be blocked.

No scholar will say that the justice system that has been followed for centuries and taught by Rasoolullah (hubp) through Quran and Sunnah is not to be imp le mented. They simply do not let us speak on the strategic plan, and always trap us in tactical and operational matters.

We have decisively concluded that this system of kufr cannot continue and is not acceptable. Therefore this question of what to do now has an automatic answer. We have to search for an alte rnative system. The ne xt question would be, is it possible? Again they have created a propaganda that such an endeavor is impossible, as the world has

‗progressed‘ so much that the system of dealing in real wealth and instruments backed by real wealth cannot be revived. They tell us we cannot establish a system that can distribute equal wealth in the societies, and we cannot create such societies where people can survive by accepting Zakah, where there is such prosperity that people then refuse to take Zakah.

There are many ma jor economic systems and so many global e mp ires so how is it possible for man to go back to that model of an econo mic system, which e xisted in co mmunit ies for thousands of years so long ago?

All th is is a deception and part of the propaganda and informat ion war launched for controlling the people. When people see the immo ral faces which enslave them and lead them towards destruction, then we have no choice but to insist that we have to find an alternative justice.

We get a commendable e xa mple concerning the Jews fro m A llah in the Quran. When Allah co mmanded the Jews through Musa (A) to sacrifice a cow, instead of carrying out the order, they began arguing about the type of cow,

regarding the color, size, eating and drinking habits, etc. They put themselves into difficu lty and Allah beca me angry (Surah Baqarah: 67-73). When it is clear that riba and interest are haraam, then no discussion rema ins as to whether to run this interest-based system, or re form it or set up an alternative system. It cannot be reformed; and we cannot accept a system based on it. Therefore, what choice do we have? We have to set up an alternative. We do not want to end up like the Je ws. Now regard ing the question whether it can be done; yes indeed, it can be done.

One important issue to keep in mind is that you cannot keep the economic system separate from the society. We emphasize this repeatedly as it has been emphasized repeatedly in the Quran. As long as the intentions of people are not pure, and their character is not pure, the society cannot be spiritua l and the just economic, social and judicial models cannot be set up.

When people question as to how this system will be established, then there are glad tidings fro m A llah in the Quran :

بًجَسْخٍَ َُٔى ْوَؼْجٌَ ََٔيىا ِقَزٌَ ٍََِْٗ ۚ ِسِخآْىا ًٍَِْْ٘ىاَٗ َِٔيىبِث ٍُِِْؤٌُ َُبَم ٍَِْ ِِٔث ُظَػٌُ٘ ٌُْنِىَٰذ

))

((

Such is the admonition given to him who believes in Allah and the Last Day. And for those who fear Allah, He (ever) prepares a way out. (65: 2)

Whosoever is devout and pious towards Allah and wants to walk on His path; whosoever entreats Allah that he is fed up with this modern economic system and wishes to establish an alternative economic model but is bothered about the many proble ms and hurdles; then Allah says that He will ma ke way s for him. However the believer should ma ke an attempt from his side and strive for the goal because most probably impossible things are only those which have never been tried. One cannot just claim that ‗it is impossible‘ and not even attempt to bring a change.

ۚ ِِٓسٍَْأ ُغِىبَث ََٔيىا َُِإ ۚ ُُٔجْعَح ََُٖ٘ف َِٔيىا ىَيَػ ْوَمََ٘زٌَ ٍََِْٗ ۚ ُتِعَزْحٌَ بَى ُثٍَْح ٍِِْ ُْٔقُشْسٌََٗ

ِه َُٔيىا َوَؼَج ْدَق ٍءًَْش ِوُم

اًزْدَق

‗And He provides for him fro m (sources) he never could imagine. And if anyone puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah ) fo r him. For Allah will surely acco mplish His purpose: verily, for a ll things has Allah appointed a due proportion.‘ (65: 3)

Today we might think that we are not going to survive if we decide to take back the foreign e xchange reserves and refuse to take the millions of dollars fro m the system of kufr ; but Allah says He will open the treasures of the earth for us and will sustain us through sources we have not even imagined.
