2. Copyright and Trademark
If you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed on Yelp, you can send Yelp a written notice with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work that you claim has been infringed;

3. Defamatory content
If you see a questionable review, you can Flag it and include any information that Yelp’s moderators can independently verify. To flag a review:
1. Locate the review in the Reviews section of your business account 2. Find the flag icon and click Flag this review.

4. Claim your business
The easiest way to claim your business page is to search for it at biz.yelp.com If you start there, Yelp will provide you with all the steps to claim your page and set up your business account.
If there is no option to claim the page:
- It may have already been claimed by someone else
- You may need to update the business page with a phone number (Yelp uses phone verification for claiming)
- The business page may be recently submitted and pending approval
If you're already viewing the business page on Yelp.com, you can also follow these steps:
1. Click either the Work here?Claim this business link or the Claim this business button 2. Log in to your account (or create one if you haven't already)
3. If necessary, type in your extension or call routing number 4. Click Call Me Now
5. When you receive the call, use your phone to type the four-digit code
If you aren't able to claim your business on Yelp using phone verification, you'll receive a prompt to submit a report to Yelp’s support team, which will include information about your business and the time of the attempt that they can use to assist you.
5. Respond to reviews of your business
If you have claimed your business, you have the option of responding to reviews with a public comment or privately messaging the user. If you've claimed multiple business pages on Yelp, you'll need to select the specific location from the lower left sidebar.
To respond to a review via public comment:
1. Go to the Reviews section of your business account 2. Locate the review and click Add Public Comment 3. Enter your text and click Preview
4. Review the text and click Post Comment
To respond to a review via private message:
