I have been in Malaga for almost 4 months now and I have absolutely loved every minute of my stay at the University of Malaga. The professors are extremely helpful and teach in a form that I did not experience in the US. I wish I could take their teaching techniques back to the US with me next month. As far as the city and the people here, I am very pleased with them all. The people are really friendly and I am not looking forward to leaving.

I have been here for seven months now and I really enjoy living in Malaga. The culture and the people are so different from my own country and I have had a great time getting to know Spain. I decided to learn Spanish because of its growing importance in the world and as we all have experienced, not everyone in this world are as easy to understand in English. So my advice is… come to Spain!, I guarantee you will have a great time!

I come to the UMA because I needed to learn Spanish due to the location of Brazil in the world. Here I can be close to Spanish speakers!

I’m really impressed by the way they execute the manner of teaching and aids for learning like books and materials. They are straight forward and direct to the point, as a learner of another language it’s very difficult to study languages as an adult but their ways make it easier. I like the teachers as they are very helpful and will do their best to help you to understand the lessons; in total it’s a very nice experience. You meet different kinds of people and cultures… I enjoyed my stay so much and it will be very helpful for me to pursue a career here in Spain.

Hi, my name is Sandra. I´m a student of the Hanzehogeschool, studying Marketing. I decided to learn Spanish, because I would like to do my internship in Spain. I think it’s important for me to speak other languages because it’s beneficial to pursue international relations. At this school you will meet people from all over the world. And outside the school you will get to know the Spanish culture. It was a great decision of me to learn at this University!
