8. Introducción al currículum
8.4. Niveles de diseño y desarrollo curricular
16.1
The Consumer connected to the DSO distribution network has the freedom to change
the gas fuel vendor.
16.2
The Consumer is not liable to pay any fees to the DSO resulting from the procedure of
changing the vendor. The procedure of changing the vendor lasts not more than 21 days
from the date of filing the application on changing the vendor, i.e. SDO by the Consumer
or the Consumer-authorized vendor to the DSO.
16.3
The originator of the vendor change procedure is the Consumer or the Consumer’s
entitled new Vendor.
16.4
The Consumer makes a choice of new vendor and signs a composite contract or the gas

16.5
The Consumer or the new vendor acting on behalf of the Consumer cancels the gas fuel
sales contract with the existing vendor. The Consumer or the new vendor informs the
existing vendor and the DSO on the date of starting the sale of gas fuel by the new
vendor to the Consumer. DSO is informed by filing the SDO, specimen of which is
available on the DSO web page.
16.6
The contract, based on which the energy enterprise provides the gas fuel to the
Consumer of this fuel in the household is subject to be cancelled with the last day of the
month following the month in which the application of this Consumer reached the
energy enterprise. The Consumer may specify a later date of cancelling the contract.
16.7
The start of distribution services to the Consumer or the new vendor (based on the new
SDO) takes place with the beginning of the new gas day following the gas day in which
the sales contract was cancelled with the existing vendor.
16.8
The procedure of vendor change takes place after filing the SDO, so accordingly to that,
the new vendor or Consumer who took over the responsibilities for transporting the gas
fuel from the DSO network exit point shall enter the distribution contract with the given
DSO and shall have the DSC status. Distribution contract with the given DSO shall be
concluded before or simultaneously with filing the SDO.
16.9
In case when the vendor change comes in relation to concluding the complete
agreement, the new vendor is obliged to file the SDO, based on which the gas fuel
distribution agreement will be performed up to the exit point from which the gas fuel is
being collected by the Consumer performing the vendor change. New vendor is obliged
to file the SDO latest 21 prior to the date of selling the gas fuel to the Consumer. SDO
shall be notified that the Consumer provided efficient cancellation of the gas fuel sales
contract with the existing vendor on the date of starting the sale by the new vendor.
The provisions of point 14 are applied accordingly. The provisions of point 13.3.3.4 in
relation to the exit point throughput are not applicable.
16.10
In case when the vendor change comes in relation to concluding the gas fuel sales
contract, the Consumer is obliged to file the SDO, based on which the gas fuel
distribution agreement will be performed up to the exit point from which the gas fuel is
being collected by the Consumer performing the vendor change. The Consumer is
appointed with the DSC status. The Consumer is obliged to file the SDO latest 21 prior to
the date of purchasing the gas fuel. SDO shall be notified that the Consumer provided
efficient cancellation of the gas fuel sales contract with the existing vendor on the date
of starting the sale by the new vendor. The provisions of point 14 are applied
accordingly. The provisions of point 13.3.3.4 in relation to the exit point throughput are
not applicable.
16.11
SDO, described in point 16.9 and 16.10 in specific, shall additionally include:

16.11.2.2 before cancelling the contract with the existing vendor,
16.11.2.3 DSO’s allocated original number of the measurement system, installed in the exit point and the specific address of the gas fuel collection point.
16.12
The SDO, which is described in point 16.9 and 16.10 respectively is investigated
according to the provisions of point 14, with the provision that the dates which are
described in points 14.3.4 and point 14.3.7 amount to 7 days.
16.13
In the period of 7 days from the date of submitting the compete SDO, which is described
in the point 16.9 and 16.10, DSO informs the new vendor on the date of starting the
fulfilment of the SDO and the existing vendor on the date of finishing the fulfilment of
the SDO.
16.14
With the date of starting selling the gas fuel by the new vendor, the ordered contractual
power for the WR exit points and the tariff rate, according to which the DSO will bill the
distribution service for WR and WS exit points for the needs of the new DSC do not
change. The change of the amount of contractual power as well as the tariff group is
made according to the rules included in the tariff, including the history of changing
these parameters in the given exit point.
16.15
At the day of starting the provision of the distribution service based on the SDO of the
new vendor or the new Consumer, the throughput of the exit point used by the existing
vendor accrues to a new vendor or to a new Consumer (DSC) accordingly.
16.16
In case when in the process of SDO verification, which is described respectively in points
16.9 and 16.10, the DSO concludes that the new vendor does not fulfil the requirements
of providing the distribution service and the Consumer has already cancelled the
complete contract with the existing vendor and there is no possibility for providing the
gas fuel deliveries from other vendors, the obligations in the scope of gas fuel sales
against the Consumer are taken over by ex officio vendor. DSO informs the Consumer
on taking over the obligations against this Consumer by the ex officio vendor, unless the
Consumer chose another vendor.
16.17
In order to perform settlements of the existing vendor with the Consumer in the scope
of vendor change procedure, the DSO performs the readout of measurement system.
16.18
The readout which is mentioned in point 16.17 is performed by the DSO in the last day
of validity of the existing vendor’s SDO. In case there is no possibility to perform the
readout, the DSO performs the estimation of the collected gas fuel.
16.19
Data necessary for the settlements which are mentioned in point 16.17 are provided by
the DSO to the existing and the new vendor in the period of 5 working days from the
date of making the readout or estimation.
