Construction Phase 01. Set up an environmental management cell
and ensure that the cell manages / maintains all the environmental aspects such as sewage treatment, solid waste disposal, maintenance of green belt areas, etc., and in case the commercial space is sold/ leased, then enter into an agreement with the prospective buyers to ensure that they maintain the cell and take care of all environmental concerns during the operation phase of the project. In addition, sufficient fees should be levied so as to raise a corpus fund to maintain the Environmental cell.
Environmental management cell has set up within the site to maintain environmental aspects such as sewage treatment, solid waste disposal, maintenance of green belt areas, etc.

02. Appoint an Environment and Safety engineer during the construction phase to take care of environment and safety aspects.
We have appointed environment and safety in charge Mr. Chetan Kumar K& Mr. Aftabul Haque during the construction phase to take care of environmental aspects. The certificate of safety in charge is enclosed as Annexure-1
03. The project proponent should ensure that during the construction phase utmost care is taken to ensure that there is no noise nuisance, no air and water pollution and no disturbance to the nearby inhabitants. In case of violation, the project construction activity may have to be directed to be stopped.
We are taking the utmost care that there is no nuisance of air, noise and water pollution and no disturbance to the nearby inhabitants.
04. The project proponent should cover the project site from all sides by raising sufficiently tall barricades with sheets to ensure that pollutants do not spill to the surroundings.
We have put up the tall barricades from all the sides of the construction site to avoid spilling out of pollutants to surroundings. The photography of the barricades are enclosed as Annexure-2.
05. Provide at the main entrance bell gates, which are located 12’ inside the boundary of the project to enable smooth flow of traffic on the main road leading to the entrance.

06. All required sanitary and hygienic measures should be in place before starting construction activities and to be maintained throughout the construction phase. Sufficient number of toilets/ bathrooms shall be provided with required mobile toilets, mobile STP for construction work force.

07. A First Aid Room should be provided in the Project both during construction and operation of the project.

08. Adequate drinking water and sanitary facilities should be provided for construction workers at the site. The safe disposal of wastewater and solid wastes generated during the construction phase should be ensured.
We are providing the mineralized drinking water for the labourers, and tanker water for the purpose of kitchen and the waste water from toilet are collected in the soak pits and cleaning it regularly, the solid waste collected and disposed to BBMP for the disposal. The minerali water bills are enclosed as Annexure-5
09. Provision shall be made for the housing of construction labourers within the site with all infrastructures. The housing may be in the form of temporary structures to be removed after the completion of the project. The facilities shall include the crèche

12. For dis-infection of waste water which is not meant for recycling for toilet flushing, use ultra violet radiation and not chlorination. For treated wastewater meant for reuse for toilet flushing, disinfect by using chlorination
There is no waste water generated in the site and the labourers colony is located away from the site, where recycling of the waste water will be adopted during the operational phase.
13. All the topsoil excavated during construction activities should be stored for use of horticulture/ landscape development within the project site.

14. Disposal of muck, construction debris during construction phase should not be create any adverse effect on the neighboring communities and b disposed taking necessary precautions for general safety and health aspects of people, only in approved sites within the approval of competent authority.

15. Soil and groundwater samples should be tested at the project site during the construction phase to ascertain that there is no treat to ground water quality by leaching of heavy metals and or other toxic contaminants and report submitted to SEIAA.
Soil and groundwater samples test have been done before the project started and the reports of the same are enclosed as Annexure-8.
16. Construction spoils, including bituminous material and other hazardous materials, must not be allowed to contaminate watercourses and the dumpsite for such material must be secured so that they should not leach into the ground water.
We do not use any bituminous or any other hazardous materials in the site during the construction phase hence there is no any contamination with watercourses.
17. The diesel generator sets to be used during construction phase should be of low sulphur diesel type and should conform E (P) Rules prescribed for sir and noise emission standards.
There are D.G sets in the site and also the source of electricity is through BESCOM as a temporary power source. The bescom bill is enclosed as Annexure-9
18. Vehicles hired for bringing construction material to the site should be in good condition and should conform to the applicable air and noise emission standards and should be operated only during peak hours

residential standards both during day and night. Incremental pollution loads on the ambient air and noise quality should be closely monitored during construction phase. Adequate measures to reduce air and noise pollution during construction keeping in mind CPCB norms on noise limits.

20. Fly ash should be used as building material in the construction as per the provisions of Fly Ash Notification of September 1999 and amended as on August 2003.
We are using only RMC throughout the construction phase hence there is no any fly ash presence.
21. Ready mixed concrete must be used in
building construction. We are using only RMC throughout the construction phase. The photography of the RMC setup is enclosed as Annexure-12 22. Storm water control and its re-use as per
CGWB and BIS standards for various applications.
We are under construction hence the storm water control will be used during the operational phase.
23. Water demand during construction should be reduced by use of pre-mixed concrete, curing agents and other best practices and only tertiary treated water shall be used for construction as per G.O.No.FEE 188 ENV 2003 dated 14.08.2003.
We are using readymade mixed concrete and RMC concrete block hence this reduce the water usage.
24. No ground water is to be drawn without permission from the Central Ground Water Authority.
No ground water is been used and the source of water is through the purchase of tankers and tanker water report is enclosed as Annexure-13
25.. Separation of grey and black water should be done by the use of dual plumbing line for separation of grey and black water.
Still the project is under construction. Hence we propose to adopt dual plumbing line, and the STP water will be used for gardening and washings purpose that will be put up at finishing stage.
26. Treatment of 100% grey water by decentralized treatment should be done.
Treatment facility for the grey water will be carried out in STP, which will be put up at the finishing stage.
27. Fixtures for showers, toilet flushing and drinking should be of low flow either by use of aerators or pressure reducing devices or sensor based control.
We are using glow flow, and pressure reducing device to control of the water flow at the showers, toilet flushing and drinking.
28. Use of glass shall not exceed 40% of exposed area to reduce the electricity consumption and load on air conditioning. If necessary, use high quality double glass with special reflective coating in windows.
Since this is a residential project. Use of glassware is minimum for windows and balcony. Use of glass which will not exceed more than 40%.
29. The project authority shall not use Kharab land for any purpose and to be planted with tree species and maintained as green belt. No structures of any kind b put up in kharab land.
We are not using government Kharab land for any purpose and tree planted inside of the site to maintain as green belt.
30. The project authority shall leave 30 mts buffer from the boundary of lake and this free from any permanent structures and maintained as green belt.
Our construction is more than 30mts buffer from the boundary of lake and these are free from any permanent structures and maintained as green belt.
31. Natural drainage system shall not be altered.
We will not alter any drainage system. 32. Proponent shall not have any right over the
government Kharab land.
We are not using any government Kharab land for any purpose.
33. The proponent shall contribute Rs.10 lakhs for Vishweshwariah museum to develop models on environmental issues such as energy conservations, water conservation, rain water conservation and solid waste management etc, and Rs.15 lakhs for tiger conservation programmes towards the social corporate commitments made vide letter dated. 01.06.2010 with a total budget not less than Rs.25 Lakhs for a period of 6 years from 2010-2017 as committed and report be submitted to the authority.
All the commitments and activity will be taken up at the finishing stage of the project.
