Thank you for considering our building. In order for us to promptly process your application to rent you need to provide us with the following:
1. Your monthly income must be a minimum of 3 times the rent amount.
2. Completed and signed application for each qualified applicant.
3. Credit check of $35.00 in money order for each applicant; payable to C.D.F
4. A minimum of $500.00 in money order to hold apartment, which will only be refunded if the application is rejected, rejections are conditional upon information. Upon being approved, you will be asked to bring the balance of the security deposit , within 24 hours. In the event you change your mind; your deposit will be applied towards the loss we incurred as a result of your change of plans.
5. If you lie on your application or do not inform the company of reasons that would disqualify you from rent ing the apartment such as an eviction, low fico score, etc. your deposit will be forfeited.
6. Please bring the money to be paid in money order; no personal checks or cash accepted.
7. For your application to be processed quickly all the information must be filled in, especially the correct telephone number of your current employer and landlord or resident manager where you are currently living. If you are at your current job for less than 1 year, you must gi ve us the previous job information. If you have been in your current address for less than two years, we also need all the previous landlord(s) information.
8. Copies of Driver’s License and Social Security card for each adult.
9. Proof of income either last pay stub or a letter (on letterhead) from your employer.
10. Upon being approved you’ll need to bring in the balance of the security deposit within 24 hours.
11. Our standard security deposit is an amount of rent, providing that you have an excellent credit and more than 2 years in the current
employment with pay stubs. However, if you have a challenged credit and /or get paid in cash we may increase the deposit up to 1 month rent or higher.

Requisitos De La Aplicación Para Entrar Para El Apartamento #___________
Gracias por considerar nuestro edificio.Para que nosotros podamos procesar su aplicacion rapidamente usted necesita traer lo siguiente.
1. Su ingreso mensual debe ser por lo menos 3 veces la cantidad de la renta.
2. Aplicación llenada y firmada por cada uno de los aplicantes que estan calificando.
3. Necesitamos un Money order por la cantidad de $35.00 a nombre de C.D.F para verificar su credito.
4. Un minimo de $500.00 en Money order para apartar el apartamento que se le devolvera solamente si su aplicación es rechazada. El rechazo de la aplicación es condicional basada en la información que se nos ha sido entregada. Si es aprobada, se le pedira que traiga el balance del deposito de seguridad dentro las siguientes 24 horas. En caso de cancelacion de parte del aplicante el deposito que dejo sera detenido o aplicado hacia la perdida que incurrimos como resultado de su cancelacion.
5. Si miente en la aplicación o no informa a la compañía de algunas razones tal como tener un desalojo o mal credito sera motivo de descalificación y su deposito sera detenido o aplicado en al perdida que incurrimos como resultado de su cancelacion.
6. Favor de traer el dinero que va a pagar en Money order solamente; cheques personales o efectivo no es aceptado.
7. Para que su aplicación sea procesada rapidamente, debe tener toda la información que se le pide, especialmente los numeros de telefono correctos de su trabajo y del dueño o gerente residencial del lugar a donde vive. Si en su trabajo actual tiene menos de 1 año debera darnos la información de su trabajo anterior. Si en el lugar donde vive tiene menos de 2 años tambien debera darnos toda la información de sus direcciones anteriores.
8. Copia(s) de Licencia de Manejar y tarjeta(s) del Seguro Social por cada adulto.
9. Prueba de ingresos; ya sea el ultimo talon de cheque o una carta (con el papel membretado de su empleador y firmado).
10. Apartir del dia en que usted sea aprobado, necesitara traer el balance del deposito de seguridad en las siguientes 24 horas.
11. Nuestro deposito de seguridad es regularmente la cantidad de la renta, si usted tiene un excelente historial de credito y mas de 2 años en su trabajo actual con talones de cheques no obstante. Si usted tiene un credito sustantivo y/o se le paga en efectivo podemos subirle el deposito hasta 1 mes de renta o mas.
