The 2008 Libalis was produces from biodynamically farmed fruit, a blend of 90% Muscat, 5% Viura, and 5% Malvasia fermented and aged in stainless steel.
It displays a lovely perfume of honey suckle, mineral, peach, and tropical aromas leading to a subtle, dry, fruity, stylish wine of surprising elegance. It seems best suited for use and aperitif over teh next 12-18 months.

Drink it over the next 5 years.

The purple-colored 2006 Matsu was sourced from a biodynamically farmed Tinta de Toro vineyard with vines over 100 years of age. It went through malolactic fermentation in barrel followed by 16 months of aging in new French oak. It delivers a superb aromatic array of pain grille, pencil lead, spice box, lavender, and black cherry. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, powerful, smooth-textured and still a bit tightly wound. Give it 5-7 years of additional cellaring and drink it from 2015 to 2025.

Dark purple color. Powerfully scented bouquet of boysenberry, black cherry, smoky Indian spices and vanilla. Broad, sweet dark berry flavors show liqueur-like depth and are supported by pliant tannins. Gains spiciness on the finish, which strongly echoes the dark fruit and spice notes. I'm not sure that I'd guess where this came from, but it is undeniably seductive.

Sexy aromas of red and dark berry preserves, rose, mocha and mint; showing the merlot today. Fleshy cherry and cassis flavors are a touch strict but pick up flesh on the back end. Slightly rigid but I like this wine’s clarity and finishing grip.
