TERMS OF DELIVERY - The terms of delivery are not legally-binding and purely indicative. Any delays in delivery do not entitle the Client to cancel or UHGXFHRUGHUVDQGZLOOQHYHUSURYLGHJURXQGVIRULQGHPQL¿FDWLRQRIGDPDJHV

PAYMENT - The terms of payment are listed in the order and legally-binding for the Client even when the goods arrive with delay, damages, or partial or total loss during shipping, and even when the goods placed at the disposal of the Client at the Company’s premises are not duly collected by the Client.

CLAIMS - Any and all claims regarding the quantity, type of kind of product supplied must be advanced to the Company in written form only within according to the law of the arrival of the goods. Any and all claims regarding the quality of the product supplied must be advanced to the Company within according to the law of the discovery of such defect and in any case within 1 year of the date of delivery. RESERVE DE PROPRIÉTÉ - Les produits fournis au Client restent la propriété de la Société jusqu’à leur paiement intégral.
RÉCLAMATION - Toute réclamation concernant la quantité, le type de produit fourni et le type doit être faite à la Société, seulement par un avis écrit dans les termes légaux à partir de l’arrivée de la marchandise. Toute réclamation concernant la qualité doit être faite à la Société dans les termes de la loi à partir de la découverte des vices ou des défauts allégués. Aucune réclamation concernant les vices ou les défauts du matériau peut être invoquée, sans exception, si le paiement régulier de la totalité du matériau, auquel la réclamation se réfère, n’a pas eu lieu.
Toute réclamation sur la qualité du matériel vendu à des conditions spéciales ne pourra pas être prise en considération. Toute réclamation ou contestation concernant une partie des marchandises ne dispense pas le Client de l’obligation de retirer la quantité restante dans les limites de la commande.
LITIGES - Pour les litiges ou les réclamations, la Cour de Ravenne reste le forum compétent, même dans le cas d’expéditions gratuites.
Ce contrat est régi par la loi italienne.

PLAZOS DE ENTREGA - Los plazos de entrega no son vinculantes, sino meramente indicativos. Los eventuales retrasos no dan derecho de cancelar o reducir los pedidos del cliente y no serán motivo de resarcimiento por daños.

La Empresa no asume ninguna responsabilidad por incumplimiento o demora en la entrega, por abolladuras y / o daños ocasionados por el transporte, de los mismos, puesto que es responsable el transportista, el destinatario deberá tomar las medidas necesarias antes del retiro de las mercancías.

RECLAMOS - Eventuales reclamos con respecto a la cantidad, el tipo de producto entregado y el tipo deben ser realizados a la Empresa por escrito dentro de los plazos establecidos por la ley a partir de la llegada de las mercancías.
