Ergonomía. El diseño de los guantes proporciona la mayor adaptación posible a la mano, de acuerdo con la talla.

Desteridad = Tacto. El mayor nivel es 5.

Confort. Evita el agotamiento RÁPIDO de la mano.

Protecciones. Si la actividad a proteger lo requiere, el guante llevará más protección en las zonas de mayor exposición. Cosido. Será orillado, montado, remallado o confección continua sin costuras pero NUNCA enfrentado en las comisuras de roce. Revestimiento. Aplicación mediante baños o proyecciones en zonas que se quieran proteger más.

Materiales. Según sean las exigencias de la actividad y el riesgo a proteger, los guantes serán de Piel, Látex, Arámidas, Nitrilos, …etc. Completos de un solo material o combinados Nobles, sin adulterar. Cuidado. Para conseguir el mejor rendimiento seguir las indicaciones de la hoja informativa de cada modelo.

Vida útil. Ésta será desde el momento de selección correcta hasta el deterioro por el uso.

Optimización. Los guantes que se rompen serán reemplazados guante x guante según necesidades del riesgo.

Posición de los dedos índice y pulgar cuando se requiere tacto, ductilidad y DESTERIDAD, cuyo nivel puede ser del 1 al 5. La posición de la mano nos confirma la función de los dedos índice y pulgar, por la mecánica de movimiento en la acción de coger o presionar.

El dedo pulgar es el que complementa todos los movimientos con los demás dedos de la mano en todas las labores de maniobra.

Angulo de abertura en grados, que el dedo pulgar nos facilita para poder sujetar toda la pieza o herramienta.

DEXTERITY

Position of the index finger and thumb when a sense of touch is required. Ductility and dexterity level of between 1 and 5. The position of the hand confirms the function of the index finger and thumb, revealing the mechanics of the movement involved in picking up an object or exerting pressure.

The thumb complements all of the movements with the rest of the fingers, in all types of maneuvering tasks.

Opening angle in degrees, facilitated by the thumb, in order to hold a tool or a part.

1.- Se mide el perímetro de la mano, con una cinta métrica, a 20 mm. de distancia del vértice entre el dedo pulgar e índice (véase figura 1). 2.- La longitud total de la mano es tal como se muestra en la figura 1.

3.- La longitud de los guantes se mide por el dorso, desde la punta del dedo medio hasta el final del guante (figura 2).

4.- Si los guantes son elásticos, se miden con la muestra sin estirar.

1.- The perimeter of the hand is measured with a measuring tape 20mm from where the thumb and forefinger join (see figure 1).

2.- The total length of the hand is as shown in Figure 1.

3.- The length of the glove is measured on the back from the tip of the middle finger to the end of the glove (figure 2).

4.- If the gloves are elastic, the measurement is taken with the sample without stretching it.

Es posible que la longitud de los guantes diseñados para aplicaciones especiales no esté de acuerdo con la tabla de valores. Para tales guantes el fabricante deberá demostrar que son para aplicaciones especiales, indicando claramente en el folleto informativo el uso a que se destinan y la razón por la que no cumplen las dimensiones de la tabla de valores.

Measurements for special application gloves: The length of gloves designed for special applications may not coincide with the table of values. For these gloves the manufacturer must

demonstrate that they are for special applications, clearly stating their intended use in the brochure and the reason for not complying with the dimensions in the table of values.

Il est possible que la longueur des gants conçus pour applications spéciales ne corresponde pas à celle du tableau de valeurs. Pour ces gants, le

More than twenty years ago MAFEPE introduced a protective reinforcement between the thumb and index finger for its leather gloves. This was MAFEPE’s first ever patent and one which continues achieve extraordinary results today. MAFEPE’s technical department continues to carry out research about a thickened textile glove. A

seamless knitted glove in which the areas subject to most wear (palm and fingertips) have been reinforced

with millimetric precision.

Depending on the work to be done, you can select a thickened glove in

the type of yarn and thickness that best suits your profession, taking into account the hazard to be protected against.

The thickened supports can be

coated or impregnated with different components: polyurethane, nitrile, nitrile-foam, latex, PVC, etc., allowing transpiration whilst being watertight and non-slip, providing greater ergonomics, comfort and protection. This type of modification to the glove support in certain areas of the hand increases the glove’s strength and useful life.
