1. Push the clasp toward the OPEN direction to unlock the 2 board halves.

2. Flip board over.

Remove the 4 legs from the board set. (See FIG. 2A.)

3. Rotate the red scoring ring 90 degrees to fix the board.

Tips: Make sure the 2 board halves are flat before rotating the scoring ring.

4. Lay board face up on the ground. You are ready to play!

PLAYING INSTRUCTIONS

THE GAME

The game can be played with two or four players. In a game with two players, the first player tosses one bean bag and then the second player tosses one bean bag. The game should continue this way until each player has tossed all four bags. After all of the bags have been thrown, points are counted and the players switch turns and toss again for the next round.

In doubles play, using one target at each end of the court, two opposing players toss from the same side of the court. One member of team number one tosses 1 bean bag and one member of team number two tosses 1 bean bag from the same side of the court. Continue until each player has tossed all 4 bean bags.

After points are counted, the team at the opposite side of the court tosses the bean bags with team number two tossing first. The points are counted again and the game continues to the next round with the teams alternating turns.

GENERAL RULES

Each player must stay 15 to 25 feet away from the target when throwing a bean bag. This distance should be determined before the start of the game based on the players’ ages and abilities. Players must not attempt to distract or interfere with the opposing team.

7 Other Useful Information SCORING POINTS

A bean bag that lands completely in the target hole earns 3 points. A bean bag landing anywhere on the target platform earns 1 point. If a bean bag is knocked into the target hole by another bean bag it earns 3 points. If a bean bag is knocked off the target platform by another bean bag it losses its point.

If a player’s bean bag lands in the target hole and an opponent’s bean bag lands in the target hole, neither bean bag earns points. If 2 or more bean bags, tossed by the same player of a team land in the target hole, each bean bag tossed into the target hole by the opposing player or team cancels one of the first player’s or team’s toss. Points are only counted for the remaining bean bags not matched by an opponent’s bean bag. All bean bags remaining on the target platform earn points.

NOTE: Only one team can earn points in any one round. If the first team scores 6 points and the second team scores 10 points, the second team receives a total of 4 points and the first team scores zero points for that round. Subtract the lower score from the higher score to calculate the actual score for any one round.

WINNING THE GAME

If the first player or team reaches 21 points in a round and is less than 12 points ahead of the opposing player or team, the opposing player or team must be allowed to take its turn. In the event of a tie, the game goes into “sudden death” mode and the first player or team to reach 3 points ahead of the opposing player or team, in the same round, wins the game. Rounds are only completed when all the bean bags have been tossed by both players or teams.

Ensamblaje

1. Empuje el cierre en la dirección OPEN para abrir las 2 mitades del tablero. Ensamblaje

Saque las 4 patas del tablero (ver la Figura 2A).

Empuje las patas traseras en la ranuras hasta que encajen firmemente (ver la Figura 2B).

Ensamblaje 3. Gire el anillo rojo de puntuación 90 grados para fijar el tablero.

Sugerencia: Asegúrese de que las 2 mitades del tablero están planas antes de girar el anillo de puntuación.

EL JUEGO

El juego se puede jugar con dos o cuatro jugadores. En un juego con dos jugadores, el primer jugador lanza una bolsa rellena y a continuación el segundo jugador lanza otra bolsa rellena. El juego continúa de esta manera hasta que cada jugador ha lanzado las cuatro bolsas. Después que se han lanzado todas las bolsas, se cuentan los puntos y los jugadores cambian de turno y lanzan de nuevo para la siguiente ronda.

En los juegos dobles se pone un blanco en cada extremo de la cancha y dos jugadores de los equipos contrarios realizan los lanzamientos desde el mismo lado de la cancha. Un miembro del equipo número uno lanza 1 bolsa rellena y un miembro del equipo número dos hace lo mismo, ambos desde el mismo lado de la cancha. Así continúan, hasta que cada jugador haya lanzado las 4 bolsas rellenas. Después que se cuenten los puntos, el equipo en el lado opuesto de la cancha lanza las bolsas rellenas (el equipo número dos lanza primero) . Los puntos se cuentan de nuevo y el juego continúa a la siguiente ronda con los equipos alternando los turnos.

REGLAS GENERALES

Cada jugador debe permanecer de 15 a 25 pies de distancia del blanco al lanzar una bolsa rellena. Esta distancia se debe determinar antes del inicio del juego según las edades y habilidades de los jugadores. Los jugadores no deben tratar de interferir o distraer al equipo rival.

PUNTUACIÓN

Una bolsa rellena que cae completamente en el agujero del blanco obtiene 3 puntos. Un bolsa rellena que cae en cualquier parte del tablero de blanco obtiene 1 punto. Si una bolsa rellena se introduce en el agujero del blanco al ser empujada por otra bolsa rellena, obtiene 3 puntos. Si una bolsa rellena se cae del tablero de blanco al ser empujada por otra bolsa rellena, pierde su punto.

Si la bolsa de un jugador cae en el agujero del blanco y la del oponente también lo hace, ninguna de las dos obtienen puntos. Si 2 o más bolsas rellenas lanzadas por el mismo jugador de un equipo caen en el agujero del blanco, cada bolsa lanzada en el agujero de blanco por el jugador o equipo contrario cancela uno de los lanzamien-tos del primer jugador o equipo. Los punlanzamien-tos sólo se contabilizan para las bolsas rellenas restantes que no tienen aparejada una bolsa de un oponente. Todas las bolsas rellenas que queden en el tablero de blanco obtienen puntos.

NOTA: Sólo un equipo puede obtener puntos en una ronda. Si el primer equipo anota 6 puntos y el segundo equipo anota 10 puntos, éste último obtiene un total de 4 puntos y el primer equipo no anota ningún punto en esa ronda. Para calcular la puntuación real de cualquier ronda, debe restarle la puntuación más baja a la puntuación mayor.

Si el primer jugador o equipo llegan a 21 puntos en una ronda y tienen una ventaja menor de 12 puntos sobre el jugador o equipo oponente, el jugador o equipo oponente pueden tomar su turno. En caso de empate, el juego entra en el modo de "muerte súbita" , y el primer jugador o equipo que alcance una ventaja de 3 puntos sobre el jugador o equipo contrario, en la misma ronda, gana el juego.
