Y tambien agradecer a mi familia y amigos que siempre han estado conmigo, a mi asesor de tesis, Castillo Pebes Roberto , por guiarme brindandome consejos adecuados para el desarrollo de mi proyecto de investigación. Asi como tambien a la universidad por brindarme las herramientas necesarias para un mejor desenvolmiento en mi etapa universitarias .

Resumen
La necesidad del presente proyecto titulado “El control de inventario y liquidez en la empresa GRUPO BNK S.A.C., Lima 2021” es una empresa comercial, domiciliada en el distrito de Barranco, donde se determinará la relación del control de inventario y liquidez cuán importante es para la toma de decisiones de la empresa.
Por ello el control de inventario y liquidez tienen una relación muy importante con el manejo de cada negocio, pues no ayudara a mantener un balance acertado de las existencias en el almacén, ya que si se presenta en sus almacenes exceso de existencias aumentaran los gastos o si el inventario es escaso no habrá que vender generando perdida de venta por falta de inventario
El objetivo principal es optimizar el manejo del control de inventario en sus operaciones contando con sistema de procedimientos y promoviendo estrategias adecuadas para el control del almacén, pues debido al volumen de inventario se requiere que se utilicen sistemas de control para un manejo adecuado, impulsando mejoras de liquidez pues la empresa sufre de un déficit de control de inventario y liquidez.

Abstract
The need for this project entitled "Inventory and liquidity control in the company GRUPO BNK S.A.C., Lima 2021" is a commercial company, domiciled in the district of Barranco, where the relationship between inventory control and liquidity will be determined, how important it is for company decision making.
For this reason, inventory control and liquidity have a very important relationship with the management of each business, since it will not help to maintain a correct balance of stocks in the warehouse, since if excess stock is presented in your warehouses, expenses will increase or if the inventory is scarce, it will not be necessary to sell, generating a loss of sale due to lack of inventory
The main objective is to optimize inventory control management in its operations by having a system of procedures and promoting adequate strategies for warehouse control, since due to the volume of inventory, control systems are required to be used for adequate management, promoting improvements. of liquidity because the company suffers from a deficit of inventory control and liquidity.
