ARTÍCULO 1 – Organización
La 1ª MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA es organizada por UNIPUBLIC bajo la reglamentación de la Unión Ciclista Internacional (UCI) y de la Real Federación Española de Ciclismo (RFEC). Esta se disputará el domingo 13 de septiembre 2015.
LA MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA está inscrita en el calendario internacional bajo la clase 1.1. La carrera se desarrolla dando quince vueltas al circuito de la Castellana y cubre una distancia total de 85.5 kilómetros.
ARTÍCULO 2 – Participación
La 1ª MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA está abierta según el artículo 2.1.005 de la UCI a los equipos femeninos de la UCI, a los equipos nacionales, y a los equipos regionales y de clubes, respetando el 2.1.007bis que concierne las invitaciones.
Todas las competidoras deben pertenecer a la categoría Élite. El número de competidoras se limita a un máximo de 6 por equipo.
ARTÍCULO 3 - Permanencia
La oficina permanente de salida estará abierta el sábado 12 de septiembre de 17:00 a 20:00. Hotel Ritz Plaza de la Lealtad, 5, 28014 Madrid.
La verificación de las licencias y la recogida de los documentos acreditativos por el responsable del equipo licenciado tendrán lugar de 17:00 a 19:00. La reunión de los Responsables de equipo, en presencia de los miembros de los comisarios, se fija a las 19:00 en la permanencia de la organización.
ARTÍCULO 4 – Firma de salida y presentación de los equipos
La firma de la hoja de salida se hará equipo por equipo en la Plaza de Cibeles de 14:00 a 15.00.
ARTÍCULO 5 - Radio Tour
La información de la carrera se emite en la frecuencia 169.425.
ARTÍCULO 6 – Asistencia técnica neutra
El servicio de asistencia técnica neutra es garantizado por SHIMANO con una media de 2 vehículos técnicos.
ARTÍCULO 7 – Tiempo de llegada Cualquier competidora que cruce la línea de meta en un tiempo que supere en un 8% el tiempo de la ganadora no figurará en la clasificación.
ARTÍCULO 8 - Protocolo
Deben presentarse a la ceremonia protocolar, tras la llegada de la prueba, en la Plaza de Cibeles:
• Las tres primeras de la prueba;
• La primera de la clasificación de jóvenes;
• La primera de la clasificación de los esprints.
ARTÍCULO 9 – Clasificación individual por tiempos

ARTÍCULO 10 - Esprints
Una clasificación de esprints se establece sumando los puntos obtenidos en cada esprint intermediario según el artículo 2.6.017 del reglamento de la UCI.
Un esprint en la 1ª, 2ª, 3ª, 4ª, 5ª, 6ª, 7ª, 8ª, 9ª, 10ª, 11ª,12ª, 13ª y 14ª vuelta.
A cada esprint intermediario: 5-4-3-2-1 puntos a los 5 primeros clasificados.
En el caso de empate en la clasificación final de los esprints, se aplican los siguientes criterios, hasta que haya un desempate:
• Número de victorias en los esprints intermediarios;
• Clasificación final por tiempos.
Los premios atribuidos a la clasificación de los esprints son:

SPECIFIC RULES
ARTICLE 1 - Organisation
The first MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA is organised by UNIPUBLIC, according to the rules of the International Cycling Union (UCI) and the Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC). It takes place on Sunday 13th of September 2015. THE MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA is included in the international calendar as a class 1.1. It is made up of 15 laps of the Castellana circuit and covers a distance of 85.5 kilometres.
ARTICLE 2 - Participation
The first MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA is open, according to article 2.1.005 of the UCI to women’s teams in the UCI, to national teams, and to regional teams and clubs, in respect of article 2.1.007bis concerning invitations.
All competitors must belong to the Elite category. The number of competitors is limited to 6 per team.
ARTICLE 3 - Headquarters
The starting procedures will take place on Saturday 12th of September from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Hotel RITZ PLAZA, Plaza de la Lealtad, 5, 28014, Madrid
Team registration, including racing license check and accreditation collection will take place from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm by the team leader.
The meeting of team management, in the presence of the Commission members will take place at 7:00 pm at the Organisation headquarters.
ARTICLE 4 - Starting signature and presentation of the teams
Signature of the starting sheet will take place by each team, Plaza de Cibeles from 2:00 am to 3:00 pm.
ARTICLE 5 - Radio Tour
Race information will be broadcast on frequency 169.425.
ARTICLE 6 - Neutral technical Assistance Neutral technical assistance is provided by SHIMANO with 2 technical vehicles.
ARTICLE 7 - Deadlines
Any competitor finishing in a time exceeding 8% of the time of the winner is no longer retained in the standings.
ARTICLE 8 - Protocol
At the end of the race, the following people must present themselves at the formal ceremony at place de la Concorde:
• the top three finishers
• the winner in the young rider category
• the winner in the sprint category ARTICLE 9 - Individual time
Classification Prizes are awarded by classification by The MADRID CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA:
ARTICLE 10 - Sprints
A sprint classification is established by adding up the points obtained in each of the intermediate sprints according to Article 2.6.017 of the UCI rules.
A sprint at 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th laps.
At each intermediate sprint: 5-4-3-2-1 points to the five top placed riders.
In case of a tie in the final standings of sprints, the following criteria is applied until a winner is confirmed:
• number of victories in the intermediate sprints
• final time classification
Prizes awarded for sprint classifications are:
