R E S O L U C I O N # 067 Julio 27 de 2022
El Comité Disciplinario de Campeonatos de Di futbol, debidamente facultado por el Acuerdo No.025 de 2012 por medio del cual se adopta el Código Disciplinario Único de la Federación Colombiana de Fútbol y la Resolución 022 -21 Reglamento de Campeonatos Nacionales Interclubes 2022, procede a tomar medidas disciplinarias con base en los siguientes:

ARTICULO SEGUNDO: Informe Arbitral partido CORP.E.DE TIERRALTA - TURBO FUTBOL CLUB.
DECISION DISCIPLINARIA: CLUB CORP.E.DE TIERRALTA: PERDIDA DEL PARTIDO vs CLUB TURBO FC por infracción del Lit i) del Art. 83 CDU-FCF. Se advierte al club infractor que en caso de reincidir será EXPULSADO DEL CAMPEONATO.
ARTICULO TERCERO. Informe Arbitral partido ESTUDIANTES DE LA PLATA - BELHORIZON FC
DECISION DISCIPLINARIA: CLUB BELHORIZON FC: PERDIDA DEL PARTIDO vs CLUB ESTUDIANTES DE LA PLATA por infracción del Lit i) del Art. 83 CDU-FCF. Se advierte al club infractor que en caso de reincidir será EXPULSADO DEL CAMPEONATO.
ARTICULO CUARTO: Informe Arbitral partido DEPORCAUCA - LOCOS POR EL FUTBOL
DECISION DISCIPLINARIO: CLUB LOCOS POR EL FUTBOL: PERDIDA DEL PARTIDO vs CLUB DEPORCAUCA por GRAVE infracción del Num 3 del Art. 75 CDU-FCF y 3 FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN de la plaza donde actúan como local por GRAVE infración del Num. 5 del Artículo 84 del CDU-FCF. Se advierte al club infractor que en caso de reincidir será EXPULSADO DEL CAMPEONATO. SR. BONILLA CUELLAR, DIEGO ANDRES (6325637): 6 PARTIDOS DE SUSPENSIÓN por GRAVE infracción del Num 4 del Artículo 75 del CDU-FCF.
ARTICULO QUINTO: Informe Arbitral partido LOCOS POR EL FUTBOL B - FUNDACION ESCAPE CON EL DEPORTE
DECISION DISCIPLINARIA, CLUB LOCOS POR EL FUTBOL B: PERDIDA DEL PARTIDO vs CLUB FUNDACION ESCAPE CON EL DEPORTE por infracción del Lit i) del Art. 83 CDU-FCF. Se advierte al club infractor que en caso de reincidir será EXPULSADO DEL CAMPEONATO.

DECISION DISCIPLINARIA, CLUB CANDELARIA FC: PERDIDA DEL PARTIDO Y EXPULSIÓN DEL CAMPENATO vs CORTULUA por grave infracción del Literal e del Artículo 92 del RGC. SR. MORALES PASCUAZA, RAFAEL ANDRES (3744175): 24 MESES DE SUSPENSIÓN por GRAVE INFRACCIÓN del Lit. (d) del Artículo 64 del CDU- FCF. CONDUCTA: Insulta a la arbitra asistente # 2 DIANA MARCELA QUINTERO SAAVEDRA (arbitra mala , vendida, regalaste el partido ) al no recibir respuesta le lanza el balón en la cara con VIOLENCIA (VÍAS DE
HECHO). NOTA: DIFUTBOL no tolera la violencia física o moral contra las personas y mucho menos contra la MUJER. Esta sanción es extensiva para TODOS los campeonatos de DIFUTBOL en concordancia con los Literales (k) y (m) del Art. 21 y al Art. 22 del CDU-FCF, y Se le correrá traslado a la Federación Colombiana de Fútbol a efectos que se le dé cumplimiento al Art. 177 del CDU-FCF
ARTICULO SEPTIMO: Informe Arbitral partido CLUB DEP. BOLIVAR F.C - REAL ACADEMIA CARMEN DECISION DISCIPLINARIA. PARTIDO EN INVESTIGACIÓN
ARTICULO OCTAVO. Informe Arbitral partido REAL ACADEMIA CARMEN - FANTASIA CARTAGENA DECISION DISCIPLINARIA, CLUB REAL ACADEMIA CARMEN: PERDIDA DEL PARTIDO Y EXPULSIÓN DEL CAMPENATO vs CLUB FANTASIA CARTAGENA por grave infracción del Literal e del Artículo 92 del RGC.
ARTICULO NOVENO. Informe Arbitral partido ESTRELLA ROJA
DECISION DISCIPLINARIA. CLUB DEPORTIVO ESTRELLA ROJA: RECURSO DE REPOSICIÓN y en SUBSIDIO DE APELACIÓN contra la Resolución 53 de 14 de julio de 2022: DECISIÓN: SE REVOCA PARCIALMENTE el Artículo ONCE EN CUANTO A LA SANCIÓN del jugador ROJAS VASQUEZ, JOSE MANUEL (5325934) del CLUB ESTRELLA ROJA; en su defecto dicho jugador queda SUSPENDIDO POR 2 PARTIDOS. 2. El RECURSO DE APELACIÓN se DECLARA DESIERTO por no cumplir con lo estipulado en los Artículos 171 y 174 del CDU-FCF.
FUNDAMENTO DE LA DECISIÓN: El recurrente presentó en debida forma PRUEBA en CONTRARIO como se estipula en el Artículo 159 del CDU-FCF. CONTRA LA PRESENTE DECISIÓN NO PROCEDE RECURSO ALGUNO.
ARTICULO DECIMO: Informe arbitral partido CLUB DEPORTIVO LA MESA FÚTBOL CLUB
DECISION DISCIPLINARIA. CLUB DEPORTIVO LA MESA FÚTBOL RECURSO DE APELACIÓN contra la
Resolución 059 de 22 de JULIO de 2022: DECISIÓN: SE DECLARA DESIERTO por no cumplir lo ordenado en el Art. 174 y 171 de CDU-FCF y en concordancia con los Artículos 80 y 98 del Reglamento General del
Campeonato. CONTRA LA PRESENTE DECISIÓN NO PROCEDE RECURSO ALGUNO.
ARTICULO ONCE: Las tarjetas amarillas deben revisarlas en página. Recuerden que el artículo 58, ITEM 4 del Código Disciplinario de la Federación Colombiana de Futbol estipula, que la Acumulación de Tres (3) tarjetas da un partido de suspensión automático.
ARTICULO DOCE: suspender a los jugadores que relacionamos a continuación, partidos jugados entre el 20 y 26 de julio de 2022.-
