• Traditional brick and mortar learning aligned to state standards and BPS instructional plans

• Students are in class with teachers at their zoned/choice school and follow a regular school day schedule

• Families must comply with BPS health and safety guidelines while on school property, during school activities and while in transit with BPS transportation

FACE-TO-FACE

• Students will learn from a virtual platform with courses aligned to state standards.

• BVS is taught by local Brevard Public School teachers

• Families create their own learning schedule

BREVARD VIRTUAL SCHOOL

• Full-time at-home learning at child’s zoned/

choice school with live instruction and classmate interaction

• Students will follow a typical school day schedule via technology and other instructional resources

• Provides parents the option to re-evaluate at the end of each 9 week period to return to brick and mortar with the same teacher(s) (where possible)

• Special programs such as IB, Cambridge AICE, CTE, Academy and other choice options are available
