Complete both sides of the application. Include your contact information as well as the mailing address of the individual or organization who is being recognized so that we may send an ac- knowledgement letter. You may request a proof of your plaque prior to engraving. For assistance with the form, call (919) 469-4061.

Landscape pavers are available to personalize at various park facilities. A list of locations and contact information is available online.
RELIEF FOR RECREATION Make a donation towards scholarships for programs, classes, and camps for those in the community who could not otherwise afford to participate. Call (919) 653-7107.

Dedicate a young tree to honor an individual or celebrate a special occasion. Trees are planted in a Town park, greenway or open space location. A personalized plaque marks your gift.

Legacy Bench $1600
Dedicate a park bench to honor someone special.
Benches are placed in a mutually agreed upon location in a Town park or along a greenway.
Benches include a personalized plaque.
Town of Cary Legacy Program
The Legacy Giving Program offers a unique way to memorialize or honor an individual, organization, or special event. Your donation toward a tree or bench in the location of your choice includes a personalized plaque with custom text. It is a unique, long-lasting gift that will benefit and beautify the community for years to come.
To make a Legacy donation, complete and mail in the attached form, also available for download at www.townofcary.org/giving.
Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted to determine the location and details of your tree or bench.
