This equipment sold by Felker is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in normal service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
Our obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair at Felker Manufacturing facilities, or at a service facility designated by us, of such part or parts as inspection shall disclose to have been defective. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by damage, unreasonable use, faulty repairs made by others or defects caused by failure to provide reasonable maintenance, while in the possession of the consumer.
Further, the warranty is void if the product is used in a manner or with an attachment not recommended by the manufacturer.
The foregoing express warranties are in lieu of all other warranties. We disclaim all other warranties, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Se garantiza que este equipo vendido por Felker está libre de defectos de fabricación, bajo servicio normal, por un período de un (1) año, contado a partir de la fecha de adquisición por el comprador original. Nuestra obligación bajo esta garantía está expresamente limitada al reemplazo o a la reparación en las instalaciones de Felker Manufacturing o en una planta de servicio designada por nosotros, de la(s) pieza(s) que la inspección pueda revelar que haya(n) estado defectuosa(s). • Read this entire operator’s manual before operating this machine. Understand all warnings, instructions, and controls.
• Wear safety approved hearing, eye, head and respiratory protection.
• Periodically inspect your mixer for abnormal wear.
• Read and understand the symbol definitions contained in this manual.
• Keep all parts of your body away from the blade and all other moving parts.
• Know how to stop the machine quickly in case of emergency.
• Turn the “ON/OFF” switch to the “OFF” position prior to connecting the machine to the power source.
• Instruct bystanders on where to stand while the machine is in operation.
• Establish a training program for all operators of this machine.
• Use caution when lifting and transporting this machine.
• Make sure electric powered machines are plugged into a properly grounded circuit.
• Have all service performed by competent service personnel.
• Always tie down the machine when transporting.
• Make sure power cords are the proper size and in good condition.
• Clean the machine after each day’s use.

• Operate this machine unless you have read and understood this operator’s manual.
• Operate this machine when you are tired or fatigued.
• Lay power cords in or near the water.
• Replace the motor with any motor that does not have a special grounding connection.
• Operate the machine if you are uncertain of how to run the machine.
• Tow this machine behind a vehicle.
• Place your hand or hands in or around any part of the drum while operating.
• Place any tools or instruments in or around the drum while it is operating.
• Clean, assemble or work on the unit while it is plugged in.
• Operate the mixer on a surface that is not flat or is uneven. Always operate the Mix Master on a level surface, if placed on an incline the machine will fall over.
• Leave the machine unattended with the motor running.
• Operate this machine while using drugs or alcohol.
Assembly Instructions
(Numbered call-outs reference figure 1 see pg. 14, unless otherwise instructed)
Place the main frame (item 18) on a level surface as illustrated in this diagram. Insert and secure the draw bar (item 20) into the main frame with the M10 x 65 capscrew (item 19) and M10 nut (item 22), using the open wrench provided in the assembly kit.
Slide the wheels (item 8) onto the main frame bar (item 18) and anchor them in place with the cotter pins (item 13) which are included in the assembly kit provided with each Mix Master mixer.
Fit the gear-box frame and motor assembly (item 7) into the swivel bracket (item 15 with the pivot axle (item 17), slide the split pin (item 16) through the pivot axle hole.
Slide the swivel bracket (item 15) onto the main frame upright (item 18). The gear-box and motor assembly (item 7) is mounted into this swivel bracket.
Mount the mixing drum (item 4) onto the gear-box shaft (item 42, figure 2 pg. 11) by aligning the guide notch with the locating pin on the gear shaft. Secure the mixing drum to the gear-box shaft with the T-bolt (item 5) and washer (item 6) provided with the assembly kit.
Secure the mixing paddle (item 2) to the inside of the mixing drum (item 4) with the M12 x 25 screws (item 1) and M12 nuts (item 3) provided with the assembly kit.
Assemble the screw heads on the outside of the mixing drum. Finally, insert the tilting handle (item 10) in the gear-box frame and lock using the cotter pin (item 13) provided in the assembly kit.
Moving Your Mix Master
Always disconnect the power cord before moving the Mix Master
Do not attempt to move the Mix Master when there is material in the drum, it must be empty.
To roll the Mix Master, hold the support leg and tilting handle and move as illustrated.
Set-Up Procedure
Position the Mix Master on a level surface as illustrated.
Note the maximum slope for safe operation is 5°
To complete the Mix Master set-up, before loading the drum, make sure the mixer can properly discharge into a wheel barrow.
Operation Of The Mix Master
Use a 3-prong, grounded, 110-volt power connection for safe operation. The line should be at least 14 gauge.
To mix concrete, add water, concrete and aggregate while mixing drum is rotating.
When tilting the drum to discharge the mixed concrete, do so slowly. It is important to discharge smoothly, this keeps the machine balanced and upright.
Discharge the mixed concrete by elevating the tilting handle while the drum is rotating.
The ON/OFF switch in the motor of the Mix Master mixer provides thermal protection to the motor in the event of overheating. Should your motor shut off automatically, turn off the unit and unplug it for 15 minutes. This allows the motor to cool. After the cooling period, plug in the motor and press the start switch. If the motor does not restart and continue to run, contact your Felker representative.
Maintenance
Always unplug the Mix Master from its power source before any cleaning or maintenance functions are performed.
When spraying the Mix Master with water, do not direct the water onto the motor or the ON/OFF switch assembly.
NOTE:
• Clean the mixer after each use and do not allow concrete to build up on any portion of the mixer.
• Change the gear-box oil approximately every 3000 hours of operation using SAE 40 oil.
Keep all moving parts lightly greased.
Keep the electric motor cooling fins clean and free of debris.

Instrucciones de Armado
(Las llamadas numeradas se refieren a la ilustración 1, ver página 14, a menos que se instruya de otra forma)
Coloque el bastidor (Artículo 18) en una superficie plana, tal como se ilustra en este diagrama. Inserte y asegure la barra de tracción (Artículo 10) dentro del bastidor, con el tornillo de cabeza plana M10 x 65 (Artículo 19) y la tuerca M10 (Artículo 22), usando la llave abierta que se proporciona con el conjunto de armado.
Deslice las ruedas (Artículo 8) sobre la barra del bastidor (Artículo 18) y ánclelas en su lugar con la chaveta (Artículo 13) que están incluidas en el conjunto de armado proporcionado con cada mexcladora Mix Master.
Ajuste el marco de la caja de engranajes y el conjunto del motor (Artículo 7) dentro de la ménsula articulada (Artículo 15) con el eje pivotante (Artículo 17), deslice el pasador hendido (Artículo 16) a través del orificio del eje pivotante.
Deslice la ménsula articulada (Artículo 15) verticalmente dentro del bastidor (Artículo 18). El conjunto de caja de engranajes y motor es montado dentro de esta ménsula articulada.
Monte el tambor de mezclado (Artículo 4) sobre el eje de la caja de engranajes (Artículo 42, Ilustración 2, página 11) alineando la muesca guía con la clavija de localización en el eje del engranaje. Asegure el tambor de mezclado al eje de la caja de engranajes con el perno en T (Artículo 5) y la arandela (Artículo 6) proporcionados con el conjunto de armado.
Asegure la paleta de mezclado (Artículo 2) al interior del tambor de mezclado (Artículo 4) con los tornillos M12 x 25 (Artículo 1) y las tuercas M12 (Artículo 3) proporcionados con el conjunto de armado. Arme las cabezas de los tornillos en el exterior del tambor de mezclado. Finalmente, inserte el asa de inclinación (Artículo 10) en el marco de la caja de engranajes y trabe usando la chaveta (Artículo 13) proporcionada con el conjunto de armado.
Traslado de Su Mix Master
Siempre desconecte el cable de conexión eléctrica antes de trasladar la Mix Master.
No intente trasladar la Mix Master cuando haya material en el tambor. El mismo debe estar vacío.
Para hacer rodar la Mix Master, sostenga la pata de soporte y el asa de inclinación y muévala tal como se ilustra.
Instalación
Posicione la Mix Master en una superficie plana, tal como se ilustra. Note que la pendiente máxima para una operación segura es 5o.
Para completar la instalación de la Mix Master, antes de cargar el tambor, asegúrese que la mezcladora pueda descargar
apropiadamente en una carretilla.
Operación de la Mix Master
Use una conexión de 3 hojas de 110 voltios, con conexión a tierra, para una operación segura. La línea debería tener un calibre de por lo menos 14.
Para mezclar concreto, cargue agua, concreto y material agregado mientras el tambor de mezclado esté rotando.
Cuando incline el tambor para descargar el concreto mezclado, hágalo lentamente. Es importante descargar uniformemente; esto mantiene a la máquina balanceada y en posición recta.
Descargue el concreto mezclado elevando el asa de inclinación mientras el tambor esté rotando.
La perilla de ENCENDIDO/APAGADO (“ON/OFF”) de la Mix Master proporciona protección térmica al motor en la eventualidad de producirse el sobrecalentamiento. Si su motor se apaga automáticamente, apague la unidad y desenchúfela por 15 minutos. Esto permite que se enfríe el motor. Después del período de enfriamiento, enchufe el motor y presione la perilla de arranque. Si el motor no vuelve a arrancar y no continúa funcionando, póngase en contacto con su representante de Felker.
Mantenimiento
Siempre desenchufe la Mix Master de su fuente de energía antes de efectuar cualquiera de las funciones de limpieza o de mantenimiento.
Cuando rocíe la Mix Master con agua, no dirija el agua hacia el motor o hacia el conjunto de perilla de ENCENDIDO/APAGADO.
NOTA:
• Limpie la mezcladora después de cada uso y no permita la acumulación de concreto en ninguna parte de ella.
• Cambie el aceite de la caja de engranajes aproximadamente cada 3000 horas de operación, usando aceite SAE 40.
Mantenga ligeramente lubricadas todas las piezas móviles.
Mantenga las aletas de enfriamiento del motor limpias y libres de residuos.
