The KATS Tool

KATS is a knowledge acquisition tool that operates as a word processor.
The tool can be operated by end-users that are not familiar with computer languages.
Using KATS, a developer formulates the knowledge model of an intelligent system following the standard operation of a word processor.
The word processor guides the user and constraints the writing options according to the characteristics of the model.
To describe a knowledge model, KATS uses document-based
representations such as tables, formulas and illustrations together with text paragraphs organized into chapters and sections. Here you can see some snapshots.
