ACTS Retreat (Men's Spanish) is scheduled to begin on
Thursday, March 24, and conclude on Sunday, the 27th with the celebration of Mass. Many participants were already signed up for this specific retreat when we had to cancel it because of the issues with Covid. If you were signed up ready to attend, your names are on the list. However, you should call the office to
verify and assure us that you are still interested in attending. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you are not able to attend the retreat and we will offer your spot to someone else who is interested in this retreat.
El retiro ACTS (español de hombres) está programado para comenzar el jueves 24 de marzo y concluir el domingo 27 con la celebración de la Misa. Muchos participantes ya estaban inscritos para este retiro

The Spanish Men's team is already meeting to prepare for the weekend. As I saw them in the past and see them now, it is one of the best teams that have formed to share their faith with those who will be
attending the retreat. As a parish let us pray for them, especially before the Blessed Sacrament and during Mass. Also, we are in need of ministries and/or families to cook a meal (Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner) for the retreatants during the weekend. If you are able to do so, please call the office and offer your time and talent. We are also looking for someone who can coordinate the Outside Team. Again please call the office and make these arrangements.

The next ACTS Retreat will be for women in English. That specific date has not been determined, but if you are interested in attending come by the office for an application.

Statistically speaking, some say that New Year's Resolutions are broken around the end of January. Don't let that happen with your Spiritual resolutions. Stay faithful in your resolve to grow closer to the Lord and more active in the Church. Make a commitment to attend Mass during the week. Come to the Blessed Sacrament Chapel at any time during the day or night to adore the Lord, or come on Thursday night from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Attend a retreat. Put your faith into action by serving someone in need.
Spend more time in prayer or reading scripture. Don't get discouraged because you don't see your spiritual growth. God sees your efforts and that is what is more important!
Estadísticamente hablando, algunos dicen que las Resoluciones de Año Nuevo se rompen a fines de enero. No dejes que eso suceda con tus resoluciones Espirituales. Manténganse fieles en su resolución de crecer más cerca del Señor y más activos en la Iglesia. Comprométase a asistir a Misa durante la semana. Acérquese a la Capilla del Santísimo Sacramento a cualquier hora del día o de la noche para adorar al Señor, o acérquese el jueves por la noche a partir de las 7:00 a las 8:00 de la tarde. The Family Fair Committee has been in full swing, preparing and organizing all that takes place during the BIG weekend. As you are fully aware, the raffle is a huge contribution to the success of the event. We need to sell those tickets!!! If every family sells a few books we would do so well. Encourage people to buy from you or online which is available this year. If any ministry or family would like to visit other parishes and sell tickets, please call the office so that those arrangements can be made. This year we will not have King and Queen candidates, but our Religious Education contest will take place.
