If you have insurance,
• you are required to submit your insurance.
• and are symptomatic or had contact with someone with COVID-19, testing will be covered by your insurance.
If you are uninsured:
• and are symptomatic or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, your testing will be covered under the CARES Act.
• and are asymptomatic and have not been in contact with anyone with COVID-19, testing is $100 out of pocket.
• and 60 years of age (or older) or meet other high-risk criteria (such as being immunocompromised), testing will be covered under the CARES Act.
The majority of people will have no out of pocket costs for COVID-19 testing.

During flu season, it is important to know whether or not you have the flu or COVID-19. The COVID Plus Panel tests for both, giving you the information you and your doctor need to make treatment decisions.
Patients should not expect any out-of-pocket costs for COVID- 19 testing, but should check with their health plan first
