Learning agreement and assessment criteria and instruments

Assessment Criteria:

Students' ability to show the assimilation of subject knowledge, abilities and skills in assessment activities will be evaluated.

Evaluation Tools:

The subject will be assessed based on a written piece of work and the oral presentation of a synthesis. The work may be individual or in a small group as per its scope, and may comprise:

- producing cataloguing of the body of work of a painter or sculptor, or of personal property located in a specific building, making a distinction between general interest works and local interest works as per base criteria

- putting together the current issues surrounding a piece

- producing an exhibition project (topic, objectives, locating funds, cataloguing pieces, exhibition dossier, promotion tools) related to the subject contents

- producing an educational or cultural tourism guide or programme on heritage assets related to the subject contents

Student participation in the two programmed seminars will also be assessed.

Marking Criteria:

Seminar participation: 10% of the mark Project preparation and viva: 30% of the mark Produced project: 60% of the mark
