About our scientific method of Graphic, I have given detailed informa- tion about ‘Graph’ in the article ‘Graphic and Giving of the Prarabdh’ in March 2006 issue of monthly ‘Grahankit’. The thoughts expressed there are regarding in which way it is possible to see relation of our Prarabdh with our life; and by the path of Sanchit, what we have do on it being a virtuous person.
In the article ‘Method of Accurate Guidance’ in April 2006 issue of ‘Grahankit’, we have seen how it is difficult to answer vague questions by Jyotish Shastra(astrology) and how we can use the Graphic method which is connected to time.
In May 2006 issue of ‘Grahankit’, in the article ‘Do We See This?’, comparison of prevalent method of using Astrology and the Graphic Method is done since there was no other alternative. Also the summary is taken of what facili- ties we can give to the Jatak by use of scientific method and following the method of time decision.
I am going to present a picture with example to show that- a- In all above methods, how is the connection of events or happenings (which are not anticipated or which happen unexpectedly) with destiny through manner of time decision of happening; and b- how we can get it only if all the rules and methods of Jyotish Shastra are used exactly as per Shastra. Such event happens in reference to Sanchit(on-going or current) Karma and Prarabdh(destiny). That is why the rule that ‘any event does not happen at any time or without reason’ is there. Destiny gives the desirable fruit of a subject in the period of favorable planetary formation and undesirable fruit in the period of unfavorable planetary formation. The rule of Hora Shastra that “Beginning of a work or job is to be done in a favorable or unfavorable period of a subject according to desirable or undesirable situation in future period” is based on this only. Therefore most of the events happen in relation to the destiny; in particular the sudden, unexpected events show the sign of destiny. The capacity of giving that event or fruit is not with the planets or formation of planets; planetary formation is only a signal, an indication. Because of this, in our Hora jyotish shastra, the planetary formation on the date of happening of the event is very important. In our method, we have accepted the method of deeper investiga- tion and review of the dates of such events in the investigation of horoscope. But according to our investigation, in the prevalent method this is ignored; and that is the main reason of inaccuracy. Now here we are going to keep little aside the thought of Sanchit Karma and look at how the happenings of Bhog Prarabdha can be looked with reference to the date of the events.
For understanding purposes, I have investigated an event which has already happened only some time ago. Knowledgeable persons and science minded people always have an objection that “Astrologers wake up after the event has happened and then explain how this is correct, and how the future can be told.” But this
allegation is not at all acceptable to me. Because from the start I have put forth the thought that- “Accurate future prediction is not the aim of the Jyotish Shastra . The original aim of this Hora Shastra is ‘time decision based guidance for life’ only.” The example is burning and known to all. Shri. Pramod Mahajan is promonent politician and respectable to us. On 22-4-2006, Pramodji was fired on with pistol by his own brother Praveen who surrendered to police. Available birth details of Pramodji are Date of Birth- 30 Oct. XXXX, time 22-32 IST (GMT+5-30), place 16N42, 77E58. are referred here. All subject wise graphs are given.
As per this birth data, 13 Graphs of different subjects have been drawn for only single date of 22-04-2006 for investigation. The favorability and unfavorability is shown as follows. Many readers of ‘Grahankit’ have seen these Graphs. To save space, these are collected and a statement is prepared. The decision of Graph comes only in two colors- Green for Shubh (favorable) and red for Ashubh (unfa- vorable). That part of Shubh and Ashubh is shown in the statement.
Here thinking is to be done only as per subject of event, graph of subject of event, period/date of event and Prarabdh. Future prediction is not there and it is not done also.
Graph means period wise measure of favorability or unfavorability ob- tained after followling all the rules of Shastra exactly they are, the favorability or unfavorability of following:- The planetary formations in the horoscope of the per- son + thousands of rules of Shastra + hundreds of methods + Karaktvas (effects) of degree, Navansh(1/9 th part of sign), Nakshtra (constellation), sign, house & planet + Vinshottari + Gochari (actual positions of transiting planets). Graph indi-
cates the thinking based on Prarabdh. If Prarabdh wants to give undesirable
fruit, 90 per cent of times it is given only in unfavourability of Grahman i.e. Graph. On the other hand, if Prarabdh wants to give a desirable fruit, 90 per cent of times it is given only when Graph is favorable. We have investigated countless cases by scientific method and proved that this comes out 90 per cent accurate.
Because of this reason, it should be understood that regarding concerned subject, the Prarabdha is going to influence the situation relating to Jatak favorably or unfavorably. In the diagram below opposite to subject where A000A is shown red, consider that time period as Ashubh(unfavorable) and where A000A is shown green, that time period should be considered Shubh(favorable). (Note—This is not a Graph. It is a diagram prepared from collection of desirable or undesirable deci- sions of Graphs for year 2006.) In the adjacent table 1, 9, 16, 23 are dates and /xx is the number for month. 1, 9, 16… are starting days for respective segments of month, e.g. 1/3 to 8/3 is first segment, 9/3 to 15/3 is next segment & so on. The favorability or unfavorability of the period is shown under those by above symboles. The untoward incident happened on 22-04-2006, in the segment 16/4 to 22/4. T A B L E in this space.

In this table, three parts A, B, C are made. In the segment 16/4 to 22/4, undesirable event happened to Jatak on 22-4-2006. The subjects in which there is favorability on 22-4-2006 are taken in part C. In the subjects Political, Political Opposition, Mental disorder, Friends and Financial the Prarabdh is not showing unfavorability. This means that these subjects are not there behind this incident. To be explicit, I think Graph has made it clear that this incident has not happened in connection with political opposition and friends.
The subjects related to undesirable incident of 22-4-2006, which is in the segment 16-4-2006 to 22-04-2006, are taken in groups A and B. Of that, the graph decisions of subjects related to effects of the incident are taken in group A. The graph decisions of subjects related to reasons behind the incident are taken in group B. With the help of convenient date wise arrangement of favorability and unfavorability, any subject can be investigated deeply.
As per the rules from the research of graph, unfavorability in graph in the subjects on the date of incident 22-04-2006 indicates that in future period also, the effects in these subjects will be undesirable or these subjects will turn unfavor- able. Approximate guess of undesirability in subjects:- 19- Loss of happiness of body (death) or to be very painful and difficult, 21- Obstruction in or end of family happiness, 14- regarding his children happiness, obstruction or separation or strained relations. 22- Quarrel/feud to be related to the incident, 03- Mental disturbance or unease, this can be as per circumstances at that time or as per guess of future ill effects. This kind of thinking can be done as per the rules of the Graphic. From this it is possible to make a guess if the incident was pre-planned.
This person must be mentally disturbed about this subject, because Destiny had long unfavorable period available for this subject. If Mental distur- bance is related to period segments 9/3 and 16/3, this period shows start of, or back ground at the start for this incident to happen, meaning destiny must have
done decided pre-planning of the incident in this period because there was 100 per cent unfavorability from 10/3/06 to 15/3/06. Otherwise Prarabdh must have some such circumstances that Prarabdh has succeeded in making happen the incident of 22-04-06. In the groups A and B percentage of unfavorability is high in the period prior to happening of incident, from this it can be a pre-planned incident.
At the time of writing, this case is under police investigation, therefore I do not want to say anything, but it is necessary to explain the meaning of the Graph. News papers have reported that Pramod’s brother has accepted many things. Surprisingly Graph 08 for ‘brother happiness’ is seen unfavorable for a long pe- riod. This not just a coincidence, but it shows accuracy of our Hora Shastra. Because at the time of this incident connection of ‘unfavorable brother happiness’ is seen, so the statements given by brother are true is verified here.
Now let us see in the terms of ‘if’ and ‘then’. If influence of destiny had made this incident to happen at the hands of brother without any witness, and even if the action of Sanchit of bringing brother had not happened, even then the above statement of Graphs would not have changed at all; because all the Graphs are drawn for investigation of date 22-04-2006 from birth time details only. The students should think in detail and note that the inference from Graphs of subjects 8,14,22,12 would have remained same. If brother would not have done this act, then date/month would have changed and inference of Graphs of that new date also would have changed completely.
Now let us turn to group B. To search the reason behind the incident, group B will have to be investigated in detail. In this, 08- ‘brother relations’ is Ashubh (unfavorable, bad) over much large period. Subjects 14- relatives, 31- profession, 12- Property are all unfavorable on the date of incident; therefore Prarabdh certainly must have taken support of these. From 09 Mar. 100 percent unfavorability has occurred, so for reasoning of this incident it can be said that destiny must have succeeded to take support of circumstances with reference to the subjects of brother, relatives, profession and property and make something happen. At present the connection of brother behind this subject has become clear. Connection of remaining subjects may become clear afterwards, or if no evidence becomes available then such matters can possibly remain secret also. Many per- sons have made use of this method for this type of investigation, and what is important, its use has been accurate.
Here relation of groups is with happening of the incident. Conclusion is that for Prarabdh, suitable planetary situation for giving fruit has got ready. We do not know what exactly is done by Prarabdh in this 100 percent unfavorable period from 9/3/06 to 15/3/06. In the later period, percentage of unfavorability has come down to 89 %, 67% etc. but after 1/4/06 it has again gone up 67%, 78% and by 22- 4-06 it has again reached to 100 %. And Prarabdh accomplished its aim; thus is the picture. It came in reading as printed in news papers that, three weeks before 22-4- 06, Praveen Mahajan had conspired to kill Pramod Mahajan. If this is true, percent- age of unfavorability was 67 in that week. (In our opinion, period of deciding this must be between 9/3/06 to 16/03/06), But Prarabdh might have had to wait forth-
coming period of 100 % unfavorability and that situation. And Pramodji came to Mumbai in second fortnight of April 2006 which proved to be last.
Conclusion:— 1) Long time unfavorability in Mental happiness, 2) Long time unfavorability in brother happiness, unfavorability seen on 22-4-2006 in 3) 19- body happiness of Shri. Mahajan, and along with that in 4) family happiness and 5) children happiness (Shortcoming to be there in these), 6) regarding instance hap- pened on 22-04-2006, not one or two, but nine subjects 100 % unfavorability at the same time, 7) unfavorability in Graph of property on 22-4-2006, because of the effect on Praveen’s mind due to the big difference in the property of two brothers, 8) and its connection with business; all these matters have tallied in the Graph. No body can now say that these tallied only by coincidence.
As per horoscope of the Jatak, undesirable effects on Jatak- loss of body happiness, hindrance in family and children happiness; in relation to brother in- crease in mental agony and dispute because of difference in wealth and untoward incident to happen through that, all these matters have become as clear as sunlight through this method. Now I don’t think this is possible in any other method. Wise people have no base to say that this has tallied by coincidence or luck because I have prepared this method by support of scientific method. That is why Jyotish Shastra is a science and here we consider this as victory of our Jyotish Shastra. Jyotish Shastra is not committed to any one person. Wise people should first take into consideration one important difference-- In any method other than Graphic, there is no capacity as a group to present such a collective and uniform proof as above. Anybody who has this software can present the same what I have presented here. If this uniformity is there then only scientific method (of astrology) is going to be accepted. Society and world is going to encourage, pick up and adhere to only such a method. To prove that “Future is known through Jyotish Shastra”, if only few, like 5-6 out of 100, future predictions are coming correct, this proof is not going to be sufficient.
In above table, percentage of unfavorability has reduced after 23-4-2006 means favorability has increased. From 01 May , not much change is seen in Grahaman (planetary formation) because above percentage is 33 from 24-4-2006 to 8-5-2006. From this it is realized that though such deadly incident happened and in addition blood pressure, diabetes, bullets remaining in body, obstruction of genetic resistance of body to accept so many bottles of (means of so many persons) blood, damaged lever etc. all was there, still the life did hold is due to favorability of planetary support.
The effect of the incident, meaning whether death will result due to firing sustained, is going to be connected to planetary situation of the day of incident, viz. 22-04-06. The destined event has happened in 100 percent unfavorability, therefore for medical efforts to succeed, favorability of planetary situation is necessary and was also like that. But because of reasons that Nature operates within its limits, impossibility of overcoming limits and shortcomings in Medical facilities, inad- equacy of human capability, limitations of Medical science, or his life span itself having come to end, therefore death came on 03-05-2006 and Prarabdh won. Some
medicine may be Amrut(life giving elixir) but it will be useful only if body accepts isn’t it so?
For this reason only, though certainty of accuracy is seen in above dis- cussion, I have not used challenging or future-predicting language anywhere. The chief reason of this is that Prarabdh of Pramodji is inscrutable only to me or to anybody. The aim is that to use the Hora Jyotish Shastra, keeping in mind its limitations and the decisions of favorability or unfavorability of time. Because of insistence that ‘future is known’ there is strong belief in the ordinary society that ‘future is understood from Jyotish Shastra’. In the era of science such thoughts are not at all acceptable and these are harmful to the Jyotish Shastra also. As is known, presently in this world one child is born every second. In 24hours of one day, there are only 12 ascendants but 86400 infants will be born. This means, on an average, there will be 7200 children who will have same sign ascendant and planetary posi- tions. Now of such 7200 persons, Pramod Mahajan is one. It will be crazy to assume that “in the life of remaining 7199 persons also their brother must have fired on them on 22-04-2006”, it is not agreeable as per science and not agreeable as per Prarabdh also. That is why because future is not depending on situation in horo- scope but it is dependent on Prarabdh (Destiny) of individual, therefore no body should try to predict future, which is also going to be harmful to the Jyotish Shastra. Village fare takes place. Only important ritual of 15 minutes is there in the whole day, which is of offering of dainty food cooked at home including some special dish to the village deity. Much of the remaining time of the day is spent in fun, drama, gaiety, visiting numerous stalls to buy something etc. If some time is spared from this, then that is spent on chewing the gossip, envy of some body or about honor and insult etc. Condition of our Jyotish Shastra also has become somewhat like this. Our Shastra provides excellent guidance to society. But the guidance remains to one side and shop is opened of ‘Take these stones, do this pooja or ritual, do this Japa, wear this charm, buy this Yantra and worship it’ etc. This has gone to such an extent that it becomes problematic for the Editor to publish such an article. Pardon me if this seems harsh !
According to our experience Prarabdh (destiny, luck) can not be altered through Jyotish Shastra. Any giving of Prarabdha can not be avoided. We astrolo- gers ourselves do not accept future predictions in our own mind and the remedies which we tell to others we do not use in our home. This Kali Yug related picture needs to be changed and our meager effort is that this Shastra, as per its original ancient aim, should be useful to the society. If many others also join in this effort, it will certainly take shape.
Through above discussion of scientific type, I have tried to show that “From Jyotish Shastra we get some thing which is even higher quality than the prediction of future”. I humbly request to look at it seriously. There is no dispute that answer we get is accurate, further this answer is useful for guidance. To obtain this answer, we have to use same thinking and logic which we always use. Compli- cated part of methods, calculations and rules of Jyotish Shastra is assigned to computer, so the deficiencies arising from inadequate human memory have been
removed inadvertently. We have seen in the above example that many times the reasons behind happenings are shrouded in secrecy but same are easily clarified by
