According to the method of use of astrology in vogue, when providing guid- ance in any subject. We consider mainly the houses and planets related to that subject. In this we think about various things together & in detail. Let us take an example to understand this clearly.

Let us suppose that we are to consider regarding the family happiness of a person, an important subject. Broadly, we consider mainly the 7th _{house and along}

with that 2nd houses of the horoscope. From the seventh house we consider the spouse and business partner happiness. Similarly from the second house we con- sider family pleasure. When we think of seventh house, first we have to consider the planets in that house. Then comes the Rashi(sign) on the 7 th cusp, After that we think of the owner of that sign. Further we think of the planets having Drishhti and Yogas with the 7th _{house. The same Drishti and yoga we consider for the house}

where lord of seventh house is placed. While considering this for the planet, we think of high, low, own Rashi, Varga Bal, Karak Bal, in the sign of and with friend or enemy planet and the like. Similar consideration is applied to the Rashi of the 7th

house. Whatever we have considered with respect to the 7th _{house, we have to do it}

for the 2nd _{house too. While considering all these points, we have to evaluate each}

detail as favorable, un-favorable or medium. If we make a list of all these consider- ations, then we will notice that we have given thought to about 12 to 15 finer points.

If we classify these details as favorable and unfavorable, we will generally find that approximately 50% are in favor and 50% are against. Now this may not be in all cases but even then a large difference may not be seen in most. For example purpose these are taken 50-50 per cent. From this we have to answer the question regarding the family life. How much easy is this job?

As written in my article “Graphics and the giving are of Destiny” published in ‘Grahankit’ March 2006 issue, for any subject in life, good or bad instances are always coming constantly. Sometimes the years in family life pass very happily, but some years are very bad. When the period is of pleasure, we think that “I am the happiest man on the earth”, but on the other hand when the period is trouble sum, we think of running away from the family. This may appear to be an extreme thought, but with little difference here and there, this occurs almost in everybody’s life. From this we observe that rarely there is uniformity found over the whole of the life. Now consider the vague question of the Jataka, “shall I get a good family plea- sure”? Is it easy to answer this simple question as per above discussion in ‘yes’ or ‘no’ terms or as the prediction of future? This shows that where there is near about 50% goodness and 50% badness, we cannot answer such a question in a one-sided manner.

Further the answer of this question is to be given with respect to the time calculation & that is always going to remain different. In some cases the person marries for family pleasures and from that time only the degeneration of his family pleasure starts, while in some cases the family pleasure in the real sense starts after

a divorce only. In the investigation of such cases there might be seen 30% good- ness and 70% badness. This shows that even to give broad, vague answer to such questions is quite difficult. The finding of all these matters along with period is always difficult, and hence it should be supported with “time fixing” which we usually do not give in detail.

Second lacuna is that it is beyond human capability to remember the thou- sands of rules of astrology and innumerable systems. And because of this and inadequacy of study, the answers of such futuristic questions remain far away. In case of such vague, futuristic questions in every place such difficulty is always faced but we in fact ignore them or make a poor attempt to answer such questions with uncertainty.

As written in the earlier articles, according to the arrangement of destiny, it is found that if start of any work or subject is in favorable period of Graph of that subject as per principles of Hora Shaastra, then only we get happiness from that work. (It is to be always noted that Graph represents favorability or un-favorability of planetary positions referring to period.) On the other hand if there is un-favorability in the Graph at the start of a work, then the effects in that work or subject are undesirable in future period also. But the big question is that if the goodness or badness is 50, 50 as above, how can we take the decision? For this if we add the support of time decision, the questions are solved accurately. Many persons use the Panchanga to fill up this lacuna, but the goodness or badness of the Muhurta is of a general nature. For the purpose of subjectivity, the relation of the horo- scope of that Jataka is not minutely established in the Panchang Muhurta.

Due to the human limitations of the memory, we have assigned this entire job to the computer. Therefore this lacuna is completely removed and by using all the rules and the methods, we have been getting the favorability or unfavorability of planetary formations accurately. In addition, in this graphic system, the ‘time- decision’ system, i.e. Gochari(transiting planet positions) and Vimshottari are also included, hence that lacuna is also filled up.

It is observed from our research method that only those persons have not got the pleasures of family life whose marriages were performed in the unfavor- able periods of the graphs i.e. in unfavorable planetary positions as per above rules and methods. Many have taken divorces, others had to live in separation, and still others had to face various difficulties in their family lives. All of them had married in the un-favorability of Graph. On the other hand those who were mar- ried in the goodness had not to suffer such major difficulties in married lives.

I will explain this subject with the example of the experience of a certain person. Date of birth 23-11-1965, Time of birth 8-45a.m., Lat.17-40N, Long. 73- 55 E. First marriage was performed on 5-5-87. They did not get along and di- vorced legally on 18-3-1991. He then married second time (pre-planned) on 23- 11-1991, and then onwards he is having good family happiness in the new married life. He first married on 5-5-1987 when in both the Graphs, 4–marriage yoga & in 21-family happiness there was un-favorability. When he married the second time in 91, that date is in favorability of the same two graphs. In 87, there was no

support of planetary formations, at the time of marriage, hence the marriage was broken. But in 91 the date was favorable for marriage., so he is getting a good pleasure from that marriage .

Now there is no objection in undertaking one experiment. In the above ex- ample, the divorce was taken due to unfavorability on the date of first marriage while he is getting good pleasure after second marriage because of goodness at the time of second marriage as is clearly indicated by the graph. Now let us view this according to present system. Let us suppose that this experiment was conducted by a person who himself had this same experience. He should tell five astrologers only the name ‘X’ of first wife and tell that “he married her but he could not get any happiness with her” and should independently ask all those five persons, “by which yoga or reason, he could not get the family pleasures?” After that he should tell another five astrologers the name of only the second wife and tell that he got a very good family pleasure. Then he should independently ask them, “due to which Yogas or reasons he could get such nice family life?” By perusing the horoscope the first five astrologers will tell about the undesirable Yogas, and the second five Jyotishi will tell about the desirable Yogas in the same horoscope. Because ‘Got the plea- sure’ and ‘did not get pleasure’ both these options are available with them. Similar to the above, always there are average fifty-fifty chances for every subject (i.e. good or bad). In my opinion this is not the fault of either the astrologer or astrology. This is fault in the manner of using the Shastra and the weakness of human memory. The same only has become convenient in our system. Here I want to stress this much only. How the use of this system is comparatively better in all the subjects, can be understood from this.

From the horoscope of such a person, if the minute observations are made, these also may be fifty-fifty good and bad. But out of these two, which kind of fruit will he have and when? But this being a matter of destiny is always going to remain un-grasped. The date of beginning of a subject in life can help us. And when the person is going to begin his family life, i.e. on the date of birth of his family-life, i.e. on the day of marriage, what sort of planetary formation exists , on the basis of that the formation of his destiny in that subject is going to unfold. And this is the main aim of Hora Shastra. 50% badness he has experienced at the time of first marriage, but 50% goodness has been beneficial to him in the second marriage.
