 Children aged two to 12 years pay the full fare and get the Multiply discount.

 Infants under two years of age, pay airport taxes only but do not get a seat.

 Infants have to stay on your lap during the flight, but are

permitted a free baggage allowance of 10kg.  Mango does not cater for unaccompanied children. Benefit rules

 You may not book more than 12 domestic flights per family member in one calendar year (January to December).

 There is no flight limit for Base members.

 Discounted flight tickets are for leisure purposes only.

 Discounts apply to the cost of flights only. It excludes airport taxes, insurance charges, fuel levies and surcharges.

 This benefit is available on any published public fare for any of the Mango routes, subject to the General Multiply travel rules.

 One-way travel is allowed, except for combination bookings of flights and car hire.

 No advance booking period is required for flight bookings.

 Flights are subject to availability.

 Your booking is non-refundable and we will not accept any changes.

How to use this benefit – booking your flight

 You can book a Mango flight in any of the following ways:

- Via the Mango mobisite at www.flymango.com: login with your Multiply member details.

- Via the Mango Mobile App: available for download from Apple iStore, Blackberry World, Android Market and the Mango mobisite.

 You will need your Multiply client number and ID number when you make a booking.

 Make sure that all details of travellers are correctly displayed (full names and ID numbers) before completing any booking, as these names will be displayed on the booking detail, and needs to match the detail on the travellers‟ ID books.

 Remember to take your ID document and voucher/itinerary to the airport when you collect your boarding pass.

You can check in online even before you get to the airport, saving you time. Please note: You cannot check in online for a booking that was made within 12 hours of flight departure. The ID number in the booking must match the ID number you enter. (This service is not available in Bloemfontein.)

 You can pre-book your favourite seat before you fly – if you book early enough.

 You can bring your bicycle or tandem bicycle with you on the plane for only R275 and R300 respectively.

 You can also check in your golf clubs with your luggage. The weight allowance for the golf clubs is included in the checked in luggage weight allowance. If the total checked-in weight exceeds 20kg, a fee of R30 per additional kilogram will be charged.

Paying for your flights

You can pay your travel bookings on www.flymango.com by using Mango’s various flexible payment options available to Multiply members.

Changing or cancelling your booking

 If you change your booking you will be liable for paying an administration fee.

 Mango‟s standard rules for changes apply to Multiply bookings. You do not get a discount on the cost charged for changing your flights.

 If the price of the new flight is higher than the original flight, you will have to pay the difference. If the price of the new flight is lower than the original flight, you will lose the difference.

 You are allowed to cancel flights, but we will not refund you, unless for reasons related to hospitalisation or death (subject to proof). If you cancel for other reasons, you will have to use your ticket on another date. Please note that additional costs could be involved.

 Reservation changes may be made up to 2 hours before departure of the booked flight.

Changes may be made on our website or through the Multiply travel Desk. A relevant administration fee (as decided by us from time to time) per transaction, plus the difference in fare, if applicable, will be charged per Guest. If the fare on the new flight is lower than the original fare, no refund will be issued. The above is also applicable to name changes.

Cancellation, Rerouting, Delays, and Denied Boarding.

2.1. We will take all necessary and reasonable measures to avoid delay in carrying you and your Baggage. In the exercise of these measures and in order to prevent a flight cancellation, in exceptional circumstances we may arrange for a flight to be operated on our behalf by an alternative carrier and/or aircraft.

2.2. If we are unable to provide previously confirmed space, we shall provide compensation to those Guests denied boarding in accordance with applicable law and our denied boarding compensation policy.

2.3. Where a flight is cancelled due to reasons caused by weather conditions, air traffic control, technical, industrial unrest or an Act of God, we will, at the Guest‟s election: Refund all monies received in respect of the confirmed reservation, or Place the Guest on the next flight, subject to seat availability.

We do not accept any further liability whatsoever for cancelled flights

Refunds and Credit Vouchers

3.1. After confirmation of a reservation, no refunds or credit voucher will be granted under and circumstances, apart from the following:

3.1.1 If a flight is cancelled by us;

3.1.2 If we are unable to honour the Guest‟s reservation resulting in the Guest being denied boarding;

3.1.3 Or as otherwise provided for in these Conditions of

Carriage.

3.1.4 Any refunds will be made either to the Guest named in the Ticket or to the person who has paid for the Ticket, upon presentation of satisfactory proof of such payment, subject to the deduction of a reasonable administration fee.

3.1.5 Refunds (and/or credit vouchers referred to below) will not be granted where a Guest fails to check in within the applicable Check-in Deadline or fails to board the aircraft. 3.1.6 A credit voucher issued by MANGO will be valid for a period of three (3) months from the date on the credit voucher. A credit voucher may only be used on MANGO flights by the Guest named on it during the validity period. Any difference between the credit voucher value and the fare for the new booking must be paid by the Guest. 3.1.6 In the event of death or hospitalization a refund maybe issued by Mango is the necessary documentation is submitted as proof. General Multiply travel rules

 We will always do our best to secure the best available rate for our members at any given time. However, some of our travel partners may have specials that they run from time to time, which are outside our scope and control.

 For any combination booking (flights and/or accommodation and/or car hire), a three-day or 14-day advance notice period will apply, depending on the nature of the booking. This can only be facilitated via the Multiply Travel Desk.

 The Multiply fares quoted exclude airport taxes, tourism levies, fuel levies, courier costs and any other

surcharges.

For any future bookings:

 You will no longer have access to this benefit if your Multiply membership is cancelled.
