Regent offers/covers:
different insurance packages depending on your travel destination(s),
medical and related expenses,
personal accident cover for accidents that result in death or disability,

possession or accidental bodily injury, and hijack of public transportation.
There are three different areas of cover, and you should purchase the appropriate cover for your area of travel:
Area 1 – Indian Ocean, Africa, Far East and Middle East - Age limit: 65 years
- You can increase your cover by purchasing additional Area 2 or Area 3 cover.
Area 2 – Australasia and Europe
- Age limit: 65 years, with the option to add Senior Cover. - You can increase your cover by purchasing additional Area
3 cover.
- You cannot “buy down” to Area 1 cover.

All claims exceeding R2 000 must be approved by Regent‟s service provider, prior to incurring the expenses.
We may exclude claims when members participate in high-risk activities, manual labour or travel to a country where the FCO has advised against travel. You must contact Regent for more details before you travel.

Cancellation
This policy has a 15 day money-back guarantee from the
date of purchase provided your journey has not yet started, no visa has been obtained using this policy and no claims have been submitted; or
this policy may be cancelled if the insured journey is
cancelled and no claims have been submitted; or
this policy may be cancelled if no visa is obtained, no
claims have been submitted, but the policy is no longer required.
The policy cannot be cancelled if a visa application was
approved based on the Regent travel insurance policy and the journey has not been cancelled.
The policy cannot be cancelled once an Insured Journey
has started, or after the expiry date of the Insured Journey.

Benefit rules
You can purchase one discounted ticket per member on your Multiply contract per match.
Base Multiply members can purchase two discounted tickets per contract per match.
Full Multiply members will be entitled to one free grass/family area ticket for each of the ODD matches for each member on their Multiply contract. If the number of members is less than four, we will allocate four free tickets. For example: If you have a partner and one dependent (total of three members), we will allocate four free tickets. If you have a partner and three dependents (total of five members), we will allocate five free tickets.
Free grass tickets for the ODD games will be subject to availability and we will issue tickets on a “first come, first served” basis.
Discounted tickets are subject to availability.
Discounted and free tickets are only available through www.ticketpros.co.za. No discounted or free tickets can be bought at the stadia.
Once discounted tickets are sold out, you can buy additional tickets at the full price.
Ticket sales are also subject to the terms and conditions of TicketPros.

How to use this benefit?
There are two ways to set up your account:
logon to www.momentum.co.za/multiply and follow the momentumnet link, or
phone the Multiply Call Centre on 0861 66 66 38. There are two ways to set up your ADSL line:
directly through Telkom – Telkom will bill you for your line and we will bill you for your Internet access, or
through momentumnet – we will bill you R349 for setup and Internet access. You will also get a free ADSL Ethernet router delivered to your door. You will need your Multiply client number and ID number when you make use of this benefit.
Please note: We rely on Telkom to give ADSL lines. However, we will manage your requests and tell you about the progress in setting up your line.
Paying the benefit
We bill all fees and subscriptions in advance with a monthly debit to your bank account.
If you pay in advance, you will not be refunded.
If you have obtained your ADSL line directly from Telkom, you will be billed by Telkom for the ADSL line and momentumnet will bill you for your Internet access. If you have obtained your ADSL line through momentumnet, momentumnet will bill you for your ADSL line and your Internet access.
