iii RESUMEN
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre Auditoría Administrativa y Gestión de Recursos Humanos en la Municipalidad Distrital de Poroto, 2022. Para ello se utilizó la metodología de investigación aplicada, de nivel de investigación fue descriptiva y correlacional y diseño no experimental, empleando una muestra conformada por 32 trabajadores de la institución, a quienes se les administró dos cuestionarios como instrumentos de recolección. Como resultados, se identificó que actualmente la institución tiene un manejo deficiente en cuanto a la auditoría administrativa, de acuerdo con el 46,9% de los trabajadores encuestados; mientras que la gestión de los recursos humanos presenta un manejo regular de acuerdo con el 50,0%. Llegando a la conclusión de que sí existe una relación directa y significativa (sig. < 0,05) entre la auditoria administrativa y gestión de los recursos humanos en la Municipalidad Distrital de Poroto, 2022, con un coeficiente de correlación de 0.860, por lo que, al mejorar la auditoría administrativa en la Municipalidad Distrital de Poroto, aumentará también significativamente la gestión del talento humano en esta organización en un 86%.

iv ABSTRACT
The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between Administrative Audit and Human Resources Management in the District Municipality of Poroto, 2022. For this purpose, applied research methodology was used, with a descriptive and correlational research level and a non-experimental design, using a sample of 32 workers of the institution, who were administered two questionnaires as collection instruments. As results, it was identified that the institution currently has a deficient management in terms of administrative auditing, according to 46.9% of the workers surveyed, while human resources management is regularly managed, according to 50.0%. This leads to the conclusion that there is a direct and significant relationship (sig. < 0.05) between administrative auditing and human resources management in the District Municipality of Poroto, 2022, with a correlation coefficient of 0.860, so that improving administrative auditing in the District Municipality of Poroto will also significantly increase the management of human talent in this organisation by 86%.
