SVDP NEEDS VOLUNTEERS
We are in need of volunteers more than ever to help packing food and produce boxes and put- ting these boxes in the cars of those we serve. We are in a similar situation at the Distribution Center processing donations … sorting, tagging and hanging clothing; sorting household items and linens; assisting at the dock receiving donations … the list is endless. Our Mission 27 Re- sale store on Shelby Street could also use your help assisting customers, stocking shelves, etc.
We are observing COVID-19 guidelines at all locations … masks are mandatory; we -have hand sanitizing stations and exercise social distancing wherever possible. Please join us … students, families, co-workers, everyone … dur-
ing these times when our neighbors need us the most by signing up to volunteer at SVdP. Go to

THIS IS SO THAT THE PROCESS NOT BE RUSHED AND THERE BE ENOUGH TIME FOR THE VARIOUS ASPECTS.
AT ST. MARY THIS NORMALLY INCLUDES "PREPARE", 2 APPTS WITH FR. CARLTON, MEETING WITH A MENTOR COUPLE 3-4 TIMES, ATTENDING A TOBIT WEEKEND, AND MEETING WITH A PARISH WEDDING COORDINATOR.
WE HAVE MANY COUPLES PREPARING TO MARRY. PLEASE ANTICIPATE AND RESPECT THIS TIMEFRAME AS WE DO NOT RUSH THE PROCESS.
