Eph 1:3-14 or 1:3-10 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavens, as he chose us in him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and without blemish before him. In love he destined us for adoption to himself through Jesus Christ, in accord with the favor of his will, for the praise of the glory of his grace that he granted us in the beloved. In him we have redemption by his blood, the forgiveness of transgressions, in accord with the riches of his grace that he lavished upon us. In all wisdom and insight, he has made known to us the mystery of his will in accord with his favor that he set forth in him as a plan for the fullness of times, to sum up all things in Christ, in heaven and on earth. In him we were also chosen, destined in accord with the purpose of the One who accomplishes all things according to the intention of his will, so that we might exist for the praise of his glory, we who first hoped in Christ. In him you also, who have heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and have believed in him, were sealed with the promised holy Spirit, which is the first installment of our inheritance toward redemption as God’s possession, to the praise of his glory.
Ef 1,3-14 o 1,3-10 Bendito sea Dios, Padre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, que nos ha bendecido en él con toda clase de bienes espirituales y celestiales. Él nos eligió en Cristo, antes de crear el mundo, para que fuéramos santos e irreprochables a sus ojos, por el amor, y determinó, porque así lo quiso, que, por medio de Jesucristo, fuéramos sus hijos, para que alabemos y glorifiquemos la gracia con que nos ha favorecido por medio de su Hijo amado. Pues por Cristo, por su sangre, hemos recibido la redención, el perdón de los pecados. Él ha prodigado sobre nosotros el tesoro de su gracia, con toda sabiduría e inteligencia, dándonos a conocer el misterio de su voluntad. Éste es el plan que había proyectado realizar por Cristo, cuando llegara la plenitud de los tiempos: hacer que todas las cosas, las del cielo y las de la tierra, tuvieran a Cristo por cabeza. Con Cristo somos herederos también nosotros. Para esto estábamos destinados, por decisión del que lo hace todo según su voluntad: para que fuéramos una alabanza continua de su gloria, nosotros, los que ya antes esperábamos en Cristo. En él también ustedes, después de escuchar la palabra de la verdad, el Evangelio de su salvación, y después de creer, han sido marcados con el Espíritu Santo prometido. Este Espíritu es la garantía de nuestra herencia, mientras llega la liberación del pueblo adquirido por Dios, para alabanza de su gloria.

REGISTRACIONES CATECISMO Y CONFIRMACION Ultimo día para registrarse es el 8 de Agosto.
Cuota de registración: PSR (Catecismo) K-8°grado $20 por estudiante o $35 por 2 o mas estudiantes.
Confirmación 6°-12° grado $50 por estudiante o $ 75 por 2 o mas estudiantes.
Puede recoger una forma de registración en la parte de atrás de la iglesia, llenarla y entregarla a la oficina de la parroquia junto con el pago y acta de bautismo.
Entrenamiento de VIRTUS
El Programa de Entrenamiento VIRTUS/Protegiendo los Hijos de Dios educa y entrena a adultos, incluyendo el clero, maestros, personal, voluntarios de la parroquia y padres de la escuela sobre el peligro del abuso, señales de advertencia de abuso y responder a alegaciones sobre un abuso. El entrenamiento es gratuito. Por favor encuentre los

VIRTUS Training
The Virtus/Protecting God's Children Training program educates and trains adults, including clergy, teachers, staff, parish volunteers and school parents about the dangers of abuse, the warning signs of abuse, and responding to allegations of abuse. Perenigración en Honor a San José
Están todos invitados para la peregrinación del 23 de julio ofrecida por la oficina del Ministerio Hispano para visitar a cuatro de las parroquias en honor a San José en las ciudades de Arma, Baxter Springs, Humboldt y Yates Center. Ir en peregrinación ha sido siempre parte de la historia de nuestra Iglesia peregrina. Los invitamos a peregrinar y compartir las bendiciones que Dios nos ofrece a través de esta peregrinación.
El costo de la peregrinación es de $30 por persona. Se les pide a los peregrinos traer su propio almuerzo. La parroquia de Arma muy generosamente nos ha dado prestado el salón parroquial para tener nuestro almuerzo. Todos los interesados pueden llamarnos al 316-269-3919 para hacer sus reservaciones. Pilgrimage in Honor of San José
They are all invited for the July 23 pilgrimage offered by the Hispanic Ministry office to visit four of the parishes honoring Saint Joseph in the cities of Arma, Baxter Springs, Humboldt and Yates Center. Going on a pilgrimage has been always part of the history of our pilgrim Church. The We invite you to make a pilgrimage and share the blessings that God offers through this pilgrimage.
The cost of the pilgrimage is $30 per person. Pilgrims are asked to bring their own lunch. Arma Parish has very generously lent us the parish hall to have our lunch. Anyone interested can call us at 316-269-3919 to make your reservations. You can pay by cash or check made out to the Catholic Diocese of Wichita and send it to the Hispanic Ministry office at 437 N. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavens, as he chose us in him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and without blemish before him.”
These words, if we really believe them, are life-changing.
They are a reminder to me that I did not make myself. I do not give myself existence. I am dependent upon another who made me. This is the fundamental fact of my
existence. And St. Paul tells me that this One who made me chose to make me. He didn’t have to; He wanted to. I exist because I was chosen, and chosen before the foundation of the world.
And this One who made me reveals himself to me as a Father: the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. At every moment, the Father chooses to create me and hold me in existence. The goal of my life, then, is to become always more aware of this presence at the heart of my existence, to become aware of He who makes me, to become aware of the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who chose me before the foundation of the world.

Estas palabras, si realmente las creemos, nos cambian la vida. Son un recordatorio para mí de que no me hice a mí mismo. No me doy existencia. Depende de otro que me hizo. Este es el hecho fundamental de mi existencia. Y San Pablo me dice que Aquel que me hizo eligió hacerme. No tuvo que hacerlo; Él quería. Existo porque fui elegido, y elegido antes de la creación del mundo.
Y este, que me hizo, se me revela como Padre: Dios, Padre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo. En todo momento, el Padre elige crearme y mantenerme en existencia. El objetivo de mi vida, entonces, es ser cada vez más consciente de esta presencia en el corazón de mi existencia, tomar conciencia de Aquel que me hace, tomar conciencia del Dios y Padre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, que me eligió antes de crear del mundo.
