PARISH INFORMATION / INFORMACION PARROQUIAL
New Parishioners: We welcome all new members to our parish community. Please register in the parish office.
Also, if there is a change in address, please notify us.
Sacrament of Reconciliation: St. Rita Saturdays 11am - 12pm, and the third Thursday of the month from 6-7pm . St. Clare Thursdays 12:30pm the first Friday of each month from 7-9pm, (or by appointment).
Catechesis/Religious Education: Call the Office of Reli- gious Education at the rectory (ext. 231) for more infor- mation.
Baptisms: To register to have your child baptized, bring the birth certificate and $50 donation to the parish office.
There are no baptisms during the season of Lent.
Marriages: Arrangements must be made at least six months before the wedding date. Call a priest in the rec- tory for arrangements.
Cotillions/Quinceañeras: The young lady must have re- ceived the sacraments of Baptism, Communion and Con- firmation. Parents and young lady need to attend a re- treat.
Adult Sacramental Formation: For information on clas- ses for adults who want to become Catholic or to com- plete your sacraments, please call the parish office.
Presentations: Only for 3-year-olds who are baptized and for 40 day newborn blessing. On Sunday during Mass or various Saturdays at 1pm. Call the parish office to register.
Wedding Anniversary Blessings: Call the parish office to register.
Seriously Ill and Homebound: You may request anoint- ing of the sick & pastoral visits by contacting the parish office.
Food Pantry: Please call the parish office for information.
Citizenship Classes: For information, call Adriana Mo- rales at 773-540-4033.
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament: St. Rita Every Thursday from 8:30am-7pm. St. Clare Monday-Sunday 6am to 12 midnight and every first Friday of the month from 6-9pm.
St. Augustine Hall Rental: If you are interested in renting St. Augustine Hall for any event please contact the Parish office for more information.
Mass Intentions: We ask that you come a few weeks in advanced, there is a limit of names. The latest on Friday by 4pm. There is a $10 donation per name. Thank you for your cooperation

Adoration chapel. You can stop by the office to fill out a key form and there is a $10 fee.
FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH – 6pm to 9pm in the St. Clare Chapel, along with the opportunity for Confession from 7pm to 9 pm.

The parish office located at the Pastoral Center at St. Clare of Montefalco that
only opens on Wednesday will be closed till further notice. The last Wednesday that it will be open will be on the 31st of August. Please remember
